Communication with techs past 6 months is horrible. They don't read account notes before or upon arrival and therefore miss things on the service.

Destroyed my cable and Internet connection
The termite bait installer cut the Verizon FIOS fiber optic cable, finished the installation, and left. No words of apology, no admission that he screwed up, just silene.

I keep asking for Aptive to return to…
I keep asking for Aptive to return to get rid of the ants. We’ve had too many ant invasions. Last week I was charged $140.00 again that didn’t resolve the ant situation.

Employees never did what they said they…
Employees never did what they said they would do until I called and threatened to end my contract. Only then did they send someone out to do all the things that were suppose to be done the first and every time. Then I was told that service was free and they tried to charge. Then was told no one would come again till November and I get a text saying they are coming again. Employees and company overall had failed me as a customer

it seems like the more reviews i give for aptive, the worst i am treated!? it took a month and a half for a service when i switched out of premium service. a service which had me paying the monthly due even when i asked for it to terminated/suspended!

Aptive had to come back to treat my yard because of rain. They scheduled the return visit and came back with no charge to me and asked if I needed anything else done while they were here. I appreciated that.
