Never have I had the same technician to…

Never have I had the same technician to service my home. A technician came to my home on February 2 and due to the snow storm there was no way a service could be performed, so the question was why did someone come? I was away yesterday (2-11) and on my return there were foot prints in my yard and patio which most likely were from a Optive tech, but I have no way to verify for a service statement is never left by this company and how could a full service be performed when deep snow is still on patio and back windows. This company receives an F and why I continue to use them is a question I need to ask myself . I can only say I've been lazy , like Optive in retaining their staff or offering top rated service for the money received. Also do not know which location attempts to service this location

Anthony, the person perform the servicing of my home was excellent. He showed me 11 areas that he made sure to inspect and he was very kind and courteous.

I was deceived into signing on for a…

I was deceived into signing on for a twelve month plan in which I pay every month whether my home was serviced or not.
I will be canceling this contract as soon as my twelve months are up!

For over 2 years I have asked that I be…

For over 2 years I have asked that I be notified when the service person is coming on my property. My requests have been ignored though the service provider has informed me that the request in in the notes. Apparently, that is not effective. I have other family on the premises that I inform when a stranger is on the property. I don't like that I don't know when the service is being performed.

Horrible service

Horrible service. The technicians lie about servicing the property. In addition, they schedule you at their leisure not yours.

Great service

Aptiv is great. We’ve been using it for several years. They are very responsive to any issues that you may have. They ask you about any pest problems before they begin their service each time.

Service technicians let you know in advance when they’re on the way, meet with you when you arrive, and send you photos when they’re done.

Technician No Show

Seems like Aptive gives you the good technicians coming out to treat your property the first couple times than puts their benchwarmers on for every visit after that. Have had multiple no shows from techs, but I'm still getting charged. It's like people still think there aren't cameras on house doorbells or elsewhere to verify they actually came and did the job.

No title

Excellent customer service, friendly technician. He happily waited for us to bring in our groceries then started his service. I asked for a few extra areas (found out they were included) again our technician was very friendly and happily responded to my request. We love Aptive Pest Control. If I need to call for extra services, they come right back out. This is typically when the Joro spiders are in season.

The service works

The service works. We had Aptive for a number of years. Then I tried to service the building myself. I ended up going back to Aptive.

When I needed to cancel the service after the building sold, they made it very easy to resolve the billing.

Great customer communication

The company sends me an email prior to the service. The technician sends me a text when about 10 minutes out. Then I am able to ask the technician by text what I want to focus on during his or her visit. The technicians are invariably courteous and respectful.
