Very disapointed! I placed my order on the 21st of January 2026 and you don’t pay straight away, as they need to check the stock first. I received and email saying the product is in stock, so I paid on the 22nd of January and received an information later to say the order was on its way. On the 30th I contacted Apteka online to say I didn’t get my order and got the reply on the same day sending their apologies and saying that there was a delay and my order is on its way this time. I thought fair enough those things can happen from time to time but on the 5th of February I emailed them again to say I still didn’t get my order so I want my money back. I’m still waiting for my reply. It is now 15 days passed since I paid for my order and still don’t have information whether I would get it or get my money back. Don’t order from this place if you want to wait for over two weeks, or even perhaps not get your order at all.

Apteka, o dziwo wysłała zamówienie ale nie kompletne. Brakowało 2 opakowań opłaconych i potrzebnych tabletek dla KOBIETY W CIĄŻY!!! Odpowiedzi z ich strony brak. Mimo wysłania kilku wiadomości mailowych. NIE POLECAM, NIGDY WIĘCEJ !!!!!!! Istnieje wiele innych Polskich Aptek, które są rzetelne i uczciwe!

Great range of products, good prices, and fantastic customer service! Had an issue with an order that was paid for but never arrived, so I reached out and they resolved it within an hour. The replacement turned up the very next day. I’m only taking off one star because of the misleading “free delivery over £50” claim.

Złożyłam zamówienie 14 Października płacąc za First Class delivery, niestety do dziś 23.10 zamówienie nie dotarło, kontakt niemożliwy. Scam a nie firma, omijajcie szerokim łukiem!

Zamówilam magnez 120 tabletek. Odpowiedz od Apteki online czy produkt jest w magazynie, otrzymalam po dwóch dniach. Dopiero po moim przypominajácym zapytaniu, co z moim zamówieniem. Magnez ptrzymalam, tylko zamiast 120 tabletek a za taka ilosc zaplacialam, to 100. Na kilka wyslanych emaili do nich, nie otrzymalam zadnego wyjasnienia tego faktu. Nie podoba mi sié postépowanie Apteki online i brak odpowiedzi z ich strony. A takze brak nr telefonu. Zamówilam pierwszy i ostatni raz z Apteki online!!!

Nie polecam 😡 zamówienie niby wysłane 3 lipca do tej pory nic nie otrzymałem straszna komunikacja nie polecam

No response from the company. Order hasn’t arrived. No refund either. Possibly scam. Will report further.

Zamówiłem ponad tydzien temu produkt nic nie otrzymalem, pisalem do nich pare emaili zero odzewu, tak samo jak i chat na stronie zero odpowiedzi, zglosilem strone do banku jako spam zeby zwrucili kase

Misleading information about the free delivery for shopping over £50 - I still had to pay for the delivery. Plus they informed me that my order will be delayed. No response to my e-mail. Two stars are for good stock, the rest is just poor customer care. Avoid if you can.

Order was paid two weeks ago, no products arrived, showing still fulfilling , nobody answers emails or chats . This is scam £53 I prefer to have it back but looks like they are robbing customers

On 19 march I was pay for 4flex sport but I didn't receive anything. Try to contact them many times to send me money back. No answer at all. This company is Stealing. Please don't buy anything from them.
