Difficulty in contacting
I have contacted shòpify with regards to unsatisfactory treatment in solving a problem from one of their clients/vendors
Sarivena the company in question is not on your listing as far as I could see. They sent me the wrong item. I gave them all details together with a pic of the item. Each time I contacted them they simply sent a standard acknowledgement. Neither they nor shopify have a contact number to call. On line there are many requests for one. I now have an email from sarivena which says among other things "your cart is ready for check out" this makes no sense at all. I really need to speak to someone to get this thing sorted. I've been charged. I've paid out $59 for a useless piece of equipment that is no where near the original as advertised. It should be a simple matter to either t reimburse or send the correct item.
