Zero stars! Took more than 2 months to receive the garland I ordered. When I received and opened it I was very disappointed. The garland was very sparse, not at all like the item shown on the website. It had a very strong musty and almost smoky odor. I immediately contacted support and they offered me a $10 credit for a $100 order! Their site states a full refund if not satisfied. When asked for a refund they said it would be costly for me to ship the product back to china but they would send me th address if that’s what I wanted to do. I asked for the address and they continue to refuse to send it to me! Scam!!!

Absolutely horrible company. Do not fall for their false advertisement. I ordered the garland and it is so thin and cheap and the smell is horrible. I couldn’t even keep it in my house. Reached out to return and I had to pay to ship from Canada to China which was over $100. Paid $100CAD and they offered me$12US and that was all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! False advertising and horrible customer service.

Stolen products on the website they don't actually sell

Ordered and paid for Christmas tree lights in October nothing arrived

They advertise the product as 'unbreakable' with the presentor in the ad folding the screenprotector like nothing will ever happen to it, which is falsely advertised since it is so sensitive to damage like I haven't had with any other protector over the years. The corners started cracking up due to the phone just sitting in my pocket... Also, the product came in a different appliance tool and the application of said protector was completely different from what they showed in the ad...

Costumer service didn't want to refund me for a falsely advertised product or send a new one. They take no responsibility or give any response to the ad being misleading.

Avoid by all means and spend your money elsewhere.

I purchased screen protector as it was advertised on Facebook where you can pull the bottom tab and it self cleans and easy installation. It did not come with it. However items did arrive and I dropped a few drops of water and it is as advertised for that feature and print free. It's not 28° black screen either it does have some black screen to it. For the price could have gotten elsewhere cheaper. I just emailed them and hope I get a refund, if not will bring it up with PayPal and go from there. Really unhappy with them!

Ordered some outdoor lights to decorate the outside of the house. Order in November with an estimated 7-15 day delivery which I paid extra for.
Initially the company over charged me for the product, and have since reimbursed half the over charge. I tried to cancel the order as I wasn’t happy with that but the claimed it was too late as the product had been dispatched. A week later I get a shipping notification saying they had dispatched the product. Over a month later I still haven’t received them. I have raised various complaints with their robot customer service who sends a tracking link. One stating that the product originated in the USA the other stating it’s originated from china. Complained again today about the conflicting information and that the item has still not been delivered.
Awful company. Steer well clear. I believe I have been conned. They use Facebook and instagram as an advertising platform.
If something looks too good to be true then in this case it definitely was.

Horrible. De lo que se ve en las fotos a lo que mandan, no tiene nada que ver. Productos de baja calidad, provenientes de China aunque intentan colar que son una empresa de EEUU.
