As cyclist recovery is very necessary and important. Since a couple of month's I recovery very well with dried fava beans, better known as Peptide. Applied Nutrition makes a better solution to combine fava beans with creatine. This is a big+ and it works very well!

It smells and tastes gross!!! Have to mix it with something so strong to drown out the weird taste. It must be the peptide as the creatine monohydrate is usually spot on. I’ll be sticking to just creatine next time!!

I've always use applied Nutrition creatine and get good results but it's the first time trying it with the added peptide I find it doesn't desolve as well and does leave a slight after taste unlike the standard creatine when mixed in with my morning cup of tea but dose seems to be working well and helping with my recovery from a rotator cuffn tear
