When I was told by my GP that I am pre diabetic and I have to reduce may sugar consumption, I went on google to find remedy to help me. Saw the benefits of Berberine. Went to H&B and bought a bottle of Berberine ( Applied Nutiernt). After 1 month I could see results. My sugar cravings were reduced and that also helped me in weight loss. I due for my other blood test next month and I am hoping for good results.
