I needed a specific case for my Apple Watch
I needed a specific case for my Apple Watch and Applerok had the best price I could find.
The ordering process was smooth, but I did have a minor panic moment when my tracking number didn't update for three days. I reached out to their customer service team, and a rep named Sarah got back to me pretty quickly. She looked into it and realized there was a small mix-up at the warehouse, but she fixed it immediately and even bumped my shipping up so I’d get it by the weekend.
The case arrived today and the quality is honestly better than I expected for the price. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the initial shipping delay, but the way they handled the situation was top-tier. It’s rare to find actual human support these days. I’ll definitely be back for a watch band soon.
