I was in a bit of a bind and contacted Appel, where I was helped by Sulaiman Amin. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and he quickly helped me find a solution to the issue I was having with my 11-year-old iMac. The service was friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout. I would highly recommend him. A genuine Apple specialist who goes the extra mile. You won’t be let down. Luke Simms
I have used Keith a few times now; once to get a battery replaced in my MacBook Pro and more recently when my laptop was very hard to open and wouldn't close properly. Keith fixed it quickly, methodically and at an eighth of the price that Apple would. He is brilliant.
Keith is a really nice and knowledgeable guy, he won't rip you off and will give honest advice. I can't fault him, he's a top retailer with a genuine and honest approach.
