To add to the bad reviews, I ordered a skull sweater which looked pretty decent online, although a little pricey. Took like 3 weeks to arrive, didn't match the online pic, then wore it exactly once and a seam blew out from the armpit to the elbow. Contacted them to exchange and they wouldn't. Bad quality, bad customer service. Get your fast fashion elsewhere

Awful quality. Supposed to be black and white but has pink on it as well! Badly made and poor , cheap material. The image was blurred and looked like low resolution. Total rip off.

Did an order- didn’t get a tracking number , so thought I’d check on here !! Within 5 minutes I thought, ‘damn , I’ve been done’!
My skull jumper just arrived (£50!!!!) - and I can’t lie - it’s absolute quality ! Great size and extremely well made . It’s a little pricey , but paying £10/15 over the top is miles better than wasting £50.

Delivery to UK took more than three weeks, which is not good by current standards and I had to chase it up to get any info about expected ETA. The item itself was as described (a lace robe) but was not of high quality. As I was always intending to adapt and remake it into a rather different garment that was not too much of a problem, but it does look more like a negligee than a robe. So be careful

Warning! Really bad kavlite, didn't look like the picture. Worthless customer service, returns to China. Have made a return but do not get the money back.

The product is nothing like described. Gothic Cloak is NOT anymore than a cheap costume cloak. It cost far too much for what it is. I wish I had sought reviews before ordering. Got burned badly. Do not order from this company!

Scamming liars. Report to everyone you can. Dispute charges and file BBB charges.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. This company needs to be shut down for false products. Fighting to return a cloak I bought for my son for $70. Received it and it's nothing more then a Halloween costume you buy for $20 at Walmart. Asked for info on how to return and just keep getting same run around about sending a photo showing what it is wrong with it. It is not even close to what I wanted or was shown on the website. Tired of companies like this taking advantage of hard working people and finding scams to keep their money.

Wouldn’t buy again
Service responsive. But no real solutions. Product fabric way thinner than I expected on a retail $80 product.
Unable to refund or exchange. Advised me to buy a second one with a 40% discount. They could have included the link to the purchase portal… but didn’t.
I was like 40%? Not sure that’s really a bargain when I bought the first one for 50% off in in the week after Halloween.

If I could give negative stars I would.
Absolute shambles of a company.
Gothic style jacket XXL suitable for chest size 52”.
It arrives and chest measurement is hard pushed to reach 44”.
I am advised that for refund I have to return it to China, at my expense, which will cost £40. I only paid £65 for it.
This is their error.
PayPal dispute here we come.

I bought a jacket in August, as their size tables are wrong, the jacket didn’t fit. They asked me to send the jacket back so they will send a jacket well sized.
I sent the parcel in August to China, 2 months later the parcel came back because it was not claimed. They asked me to sent it again…lost of money and time
The jacket costs €70 and the mailing costs 33€. Don’t buy their products ! Rated 1 star as I was unable to rate 0

Scam. Ads on social do not match the actual product at all. Plus they're currently trying to convince me that I need to pay for shipping for returns, even though their website policy states the opposite.

Item purchased : Medieval Gothic Tailcoat (65$)

The thick velvet aspect presented on the photo of the site suggests that it is a quality jacket, with the same solidity and the same comfort as a suit jacket. But no ! It is synthetic fiber and single layer (no jacket lining).

Seams are coarse, frayed and flimsy; the buttons are only held by three turns of thread; the pockets are fake. We will talk again about the notion of "superior quality".

From China they sent you something that vaguely looks like the shape of the product you thought you bought.
judging from by the quality you wil know right away that you've been had.

I purchased the Men's Hooded Trench Coat. Yes, it was on clearance. Good thing, too, I would be very distressed if I'd paid over $120USD for a garment that is made barely higher quality that a Spirit Halloween store costume.

Not happy with my purchase at all. Bought a Gothic Tail Coat. Received a terrible manufactured piece of clothing. Looks nothing like the pictures and the came with a skew zip feature in front that was not indicated on the original pictures or description. Contacted customer support that took ages with replies and stated they would give me a discount on my next purchase, but who would want more terrible clothing if their 1st attempt was so horrific. When asked for a full refund on return, I was told to send it back at own cost but was not furnished a return address. Terrible! Never buy from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
