I was fortunate enough to hit a sale because otherwise I would have had to go elsewhere. Being my first elect scooter I went with the Explore 2.0. I felt I needed a scooter to explore my city and scout photo potential opportunities. The online process was great! Everything one needed to know about the scooter and it's warranty was clearly defined. Not spending a lot of time looking for answers is a HUGE +. The pay monthly option was a godsend. I received my new Explore so quickly that It felt like my neighbor next door sold it to me. Small downside was that an adult signature was needed upon delivery but I get it and it worked out. It is difficult to describe the quality of this scooter. The premium feel, aesthetic, and ride of this scooter is above & beyond what I expected. I have come across scooters like the Lime, Bird, and another scooter (forget the brand) and the comparison is unmatched. Not even runner's up against my new Apollo. Even the app is ridiculously good. In my opinion, I rarely come across brands/companies that actually care about their Customers and the craftmanship of their products. 9x's out of 10 you receive an overpriced subpar product. THIS IS NOT THAT. Unless Apollo changes how they do business in the future I will continue to support the brand with my mouth and $$. FYI the phone attachment is $15 additional and a phone case (Amazon) is about $50. For now I am fine not attaching my phone. I just need a reliable & safe way to Explore. Very torquey scooter BTW. Love it!
Really strong controller I actually thought thst the controller went bad after crashing my scooter but it was the display so anyway I'm keeping this controller because it's very reliable!!

But had to return it unopened when I ended up with guillain barre syndrome and a stroke that left me unable to walk/talk 2 weeks after the pothole incident
After months of hard work, i got my mobility back!! So, yesterday I repurchased the same scooter and Apollo gave me the same "no taxes" deal I had the first time. This meant a lot to me and felt like a reward for all my hard work.

Cheap quality, constant breakdowns, rude and subpar customer service, I took my business to Segway and have never been happier. I highly DO NOT recommend Apollo.

From the moment I first stepped onto it, I could tell this wasn’t just another e-scooter — it was something thoughtfully engineered, powerful, and built with riders in mind. The acceleration is smooth but thrilling, the stability is incredibly reassuring, and the overall ride quality makes every trip feel effortless. Whether I’m commuting, cruising, or just clearing my head, this scooter has turned every ride into something I genuinely look forward to.
What really sets Apollo apart for me, though, is that it doesn’t feel like “just a company.” It feels like a brand that genuinely cares about its riders and the community it’s building. That shows not only in their products, but in their customer service as well. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive, responsive, and helpful — which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in something like this. Knowing there’s a team behind the product that actually supports you gives a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
The Apollo app is another standout feature that takes the entire experience to the next level. It’s not just a basic companion app — it’s interactive, engaging, and actually fun to use. You can track your rides, monitor performance, and customize settings, but what really makes it unique is how it turns riding into something more like a journey. Earning XP while you ride and progressing through the app adds a sense of achievement that keeps you motivated to get out there more often.
On top of that, the AMP rewards system is such a smart and rewarding feature. Being able to earn points just by riding — and even getting AMPs back when using the regenerative brake — is something you don’t see often. It really reinforces that feeling of being part of something bigger. Being able to put those points toward purchases or upgrades makes every ride feel like it’s giving something back.
Speaking of features, the lighting and safety design on this scooter is incredible. The built-in turning signals on both the handlebars and the rear make a huge difference when riding, especially in busier areas. On top of that, the LED lighting along the sides and the bright LED light bar on the front stem don’t just look amazing — they make me extremely visible from far away. I’ve lost count of how many compliments I’ve received on the lights and the scooter itself. It’s one of those things that turns heads while also making you feel safer and more confident on the road.
The Phantom Stellar 2.0 (60V) has given me more than just transportation — it’s given me freedom. It’s had a significant positive impact on my mental health, allowing me to step away from stress, clear my mind, and just breathe. There’s something incredibly grounding about being out on a ride, feeling the motion, taking in your surroundings, and being fully present in the moment. It’s become more than a ride — it’s become a form of escape, a reset, and something I truly rely on.
That’s actually what inspired me to take things a step further: I recently picked up a GoPro so I can start capturing my rides, sharing the experience, and showing others just how incredible Apollo scooters really are — not just the product itself, but the lifestyle that comes with it.
There’s something special about riding through your city, seeing familiar places from a new perspective, and being able to share that with others. I want to create content that highlights not only how amazing Apollo scooters are, but also the beauty of the world we move through every day — because this scooter has genuinely changed how I experience it.
Looking ahead, I already know this won’t be my last Apollo. I’m excited about the idea of adding a second scooter down the road — not because I need one, but because I believe in what this company is doing and I want to continue being part of it.
I also find myself recommending Apollo anytime someone asks — and people do ask. Whether it’s about the performance, the design, or those eye-catching lights, it naturally starts conversations. And every time, I’m more than happy to share just how positive my experience has been.
If you’re considering an Apollo scooter, I can honestly say this: it’s more than worth it. I bought this scooter 8 months ago and have only been able to use it for about 5 months due to repeated issues.
It has already needed two repairs, both for water damage, despite normal city use. The first repair alone took 3 months, which made it completely unusable for a long time.
This has caused me to be late for work multiple times and is now affecting my job. I previously owned a much cheaper scooter for 5 years with no issues, so this has been very disappointing.
When it works, it’s fine, but it’s not reliable for daily commuting. I cannot recommend it.

Thanks for being Canadian. My next model will be my first choice the Apollo phantom (Stella edition) once I pay off my CC balance for CityPro ☺️👍🏿

Bought an Apollo scooter in 2022. Used it every now and again. Battery completely dead.
Six months of back and forth with their support team (Chatbot) led to this gem from their CX Team Lead Gio:
'Your threats are uncalled for, unreasonable, and I believe you know that.'
That's how Apollo treats customers with legitimate product complaints.
Their explanation for the dead battery? Light use degrades batteries. Heavy use degrades batteries. Basically, use it or don't, the battery will fail and that's your problem.
Their solution after six months? A 20% discount on a $650 replacement battery for a product that failed under normal ownership conditions. Declined.
They also implied, with zero evidence, that I hadn't properly maintained the scooter.
Premium price. Disposable product. Dismissive support. And when you push back? They call you unreasonable.
Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that stands behind their product.
Apollo clearly does not.

I'll start with the product. I purchased an Apollo Phantom 2.0 Stellar and it is simply incredible, yet far from simple. I've owned several scooters in the past and was looking to upgrade. After shopping around for a while and reading about how great the Apollo app has become, I decided the Stellar would meet my needs perfectly however while reading the specs on paper I was concerned I might be left wanting more, I couldn't have been more wrong. This thing is a rocket. Especially in ludo mode the pull is incredible, I would personally say much more then 7000 peak watts should be able to achieve. This leads me to believe that either almost every other company is being deceptive about the power of their scooters or Apollo is being very humble. The instrument layout is perfect and I can't figure out why more companies don't do something similar, 4 buttons and the best tuned throttle I've ever used makes it intuitive and controllable. A small thing like having a turn signal button on each side and making an audible notification as well as showing it on the screen is something I didn't even know I needed until I bought the stellar. I have to mention my favourite part on the scooter which is easily the dedicated lever for the regen brakes, I leave mine set to maximum and I rarely have to use the hydraulic brakes. The regen lever is tuned as perfectly as the throttle and it allows for the smoothest silent stops I've ever had while also adding power back into the battery, with this available you probably don't need some of the strongest 4 piston hydraulics brakes I've used but considering they look like a work of art and really make the scooter pop I'm very glad to have them. My only complaint is that the matching orange anodized heat sink is on the bottom of the deck and I don't get to see it as often as I'd like. Also being over 200lbs I was certainly surprised when I was easily able to achieve over the maximum range they had listed in the specs. I've performed some things that probably should never be attempted on a scooter including a few drops off obstacles that were over 4 feet high and the only sound that came from the scooter is the stem latch bouncing once before clinging back to the magnet. It's extremely tough and durable. Now for the company. I have no affiliation with Apollo at all, I don't know anyone from the company nor am I a repeat buyer this is the first product I've purchased from them. I made a mistake while ordering my scooter which left me without the extra free product as well as points awarded from making a large purchase. When I recieved my scooter and realized my mistake I messaged Apollo just through the chat on their website and almost immediately a live person messaged me back thanking me for the purchase and fixing my mistake right away. They sent me the free gift and awarded me all the points for the order, I was truly blown away by the customer service. My experience has led me to believe that anyone saying their service is slow or they don't respond and won't fix any problems must be written by a competing company. It seems impossible to me that i could be treated so well so quickly and have all my problems solved within 24 hours and yet another person can't get a response or is left without help at all, I'm not in the habit of accusing people of lying but that being said it clearly doesn't add up to the truth. Anyone considering buying a scooter or an e-bike should absolutely take a closer look at Apollo. I will 100% be a repeat customer from here on in and I genuinely look forward to seeing what they come out with next. Waking up everyday knowing that I get to hop on the Stellar and have an amazing ride each and every time while being awarded amp points that I can get free products with makes having to go to work a lot more tolerable.

Bought an Apollo Go 2 years ago, I’m still on the same brake pads and tires from my original purchase the regenerative braking system makes for a less maintenance situation and still provides you with the necessary stopping power without hardly ever putting wear on you’re pads I only use them in emergency situations, I have 1,000 miles on it and not one issue it’s been great, compared to my experience with Gotrax & Solar scooters that broke down on me in just 4.5 months combined between them both ,Gotrax gx2 - solar ff lite . So I decided to stick with Apollo for my next big purchase I preorder the Apollo explorer stellar edition coming out q4 2026 that machine looks state of the art. Alex with the support team answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was amazing with every detail so if you wanna ride in style & go hard Go Apollo 🔥

I own an Apollo Pro scooter, and getting tyres in the UK has been a nightmare. Apollo’s only solution was to send me an Amazon link charging $153 per tyre. I’m not prepared to pay such extortionate prices, especially with no real UK support, so I’m seriously thinking about selling it.

I am very impressed with the ETOOK Folding Lock 2025. It’s a perfect companion for my Apollo scooters, offering a great balance between high security and portability.
What I like most:
Build Quality: The lock feels incredibly sturdy and well-engineered. You can tell it’s made to withstand serious tampering.
Compact Design: The folding mechanism is smooth, and it’s very easy to mount on the scooter without taking up much space.
Reliability: It gives me much-needed peace of mind when I have to leave my scooter unattended for a while.
Overall, another high-quality accessory from Apollo that doesn't disappoint. Highly recommended for any scooter owner!
