After our computer was hacked we were in need of professional assistance. A plus tech answered our initial phone call friendly and professional, we got a same day evening appointment. William the technician was on time, professional and kind. He provided help with new hardware and upgraded software. The price was justified. We very much recommend this company.

William came out to my home on April 9th, 2024. He had purchased a laptop on my behalf. He transferred the files from my old laptop to my new one. I was happy with the setup. William is very pleasant and could answer my questions.
On May 17th, 2024, William returned to get my e-mail up and running again, plus answered my questions, and showed me things I wanted to know about. I was recommended to William by a friend who is one of his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.
