AVOID Apex VIP Travel – Booking Cancelled Without Notice, No Refund, and No Way to Contact Them
I booked airport parking through Apex VIP Travel for Heathrow Airport, with confirmation and full payment completed back in April 2025. The company arranged the service with a local supplier, and everything appeared legitimate at the time.
However, when I arrived at Heathrow in September, ready to drop off my car, I was shocked to learn that the booking had been cancelled by Apex in August without informing me. I received no email, no phone call, no communication whatsoever. This left me scrambling at the airport to find alternative parking at the last minute – an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience.
To make matters worse:
• No refund has been issued.
• The Apex VIP Travel website appears to be offline, and there is no phone number or method of contact available.
• Despite this, the company is still advertising parking services via Groupon as of October 2025.
I have since reported the issue to Groupon, who are investigating. However, I want to warn others: do not book with Apex VIP Travel. Their lack of communication, inability to be contacted, and failure to refund money for a cancelled service is completely unacceptable.
Buyer beware – if you’re considering using this company, think again.
