Sent my parcel on the 20th March 2023 not yet received don't get a proper answer from anyone

I have used Apex two times now and the service I have received from Sulaiman has been exceptional. He provided regular updates throughout and is very thorough. Would highly recommend using him.

The service was super and the personnel were very cooperative and patient. They were also available to chat when needed and very reliable .
The parcel arrived in tact .

I was shipping my personal items from the UK to Melbourne, Yaqub was very kind and helpful. Was given excellent advice on packing! My packages were shipped in 3 days in perfect condition.

I used Apex Cargo to ship goods to Malawi. Yahyaa was helpful through the entire process, from providing information on the process,payment and updates on the shipment. The customer service on the Malawi end didn't reflect this. No responses to queries or updates on any delays. Otherwise generally a great shipping option as I mostly dealt with the UK team.
