Very helpful, professional and friendly company to work with, everything was clearly broke down and explained. Sarah Barker was underwriter who helped us through the process, made it very easy.

We’ve just completed a fairly complex case with Apex Bridging, and I wanted to highlight the support we received — particularly from Catherine.

It wasn’t the most straightforward transaction and required careful handling throughout. Catherine, as underwriter, was excellent. She was thorough but pragmatic, communicative at every stage, and clearly focused on finding solutions rather than obstacles. On bridging cases, that mindset makes all the difference — and her persistence and professionalism were key in getting this one completed.

Nioni was also very supportive from the outset and worked with us to ensure the terms were structured in a way that suited the client’s position. That early flexibility helped set the tone for the deal.

Overall, a strong experience with a lender that understands real-world property transactions and is willing to work collaboratively to get deals across the line.

Sarah has been amazing!! Her patience and professionalism is second to none. I experienced delay after delay from the seller during the course of trying to obtain the loan to buy a property to refurbish. My business partner and I were in need of quick, borrowed funds for a project that had come up and fortunately, due to the value of the deal, we were able to obtain 100% LTV on the purchase price. Client approached me for help with an auction purchase after being messed around by another broker for 5 weeks. With 1 week remaining before notice was served and the client not having finance in place, I spoke with Louise (who was very helpful) and the ball was rolling. I was then introduced to Sarah who was underwriting my case and she was fantastic. I had Sarah's direct line and she would ALWAYS take my call whenever I needed - the support was amazing. Application submitted and through to completion within 2 weeks, it was concluded by the solicitors 30 mins before the final deadline. There are many bridging lenders who say they're quick and promise the world, but these guys are the real deal and will always find a solution to any hiccups that arise. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex to anyone.

We had a rushed completion due to the extra SDLT being thrown at us from Rachel Reeves in the budget, and then with 3 hours to complete before the very next day the deal cost us an extra £16000, I’m very happy to have had this lender on board who pulled out all the stops a day early and got the deal though just in time.
