This has been the worst experience
This has been the worst experience ever. I got an apartment via them in august, they told me to communicate with them when I would arrive, and I did. When we arrived, nobody was there so we called. When an employee arrived he got mad because we didn't communicate with them wich is not true. He rushed everything and started complaining about how busy he was and then left. We left the apartment exactly the way we arrived. A day later we got an email about damage we did not do. After I responded, I never got an email back. 7 days after we already checked out, they took the entire deposit from my creditcard without ever putting it as a reservation. I emailed, called and texted them and they keep telling me the same thing, they need to hear from the owner of the apartment. Unfortunately they now are not responding anymore and they still have my money, €600,00. They stole my money and are now radio silent. I am never coming back here.
