Brilliant experience
I was getting fed up with all the people coming to view our house and making offers then couldn’t get a mortgage or there related property had complications.My friend recommended Any house wanted they forward an offer in writing straight away. We then exchanged contracts and completed when we exchanged contracts on our new home , selling a house and buying a different one at the same time is so stressful and very difficult, my personal advise contact these guys and it’s easy.

Great Experience
I was getting frustrated trying to sell my flat in Ealing - 3 different buyers that didn’t proceed for various reasons, nothing to do with the property.
I contacted Any House Wanted, who made me an instant offer, they informed me at the offset that the offer will be less than the market value - but I had no fees to pay and there wasn’t much price difference in the end, once you deduct agents /solicitors fees etc.
They made the whole process easy. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

I inherited my grandads house, it had major structural issues which had made it hard to sell. It was put for sale with local estate agents, however it wouldn’t sell. I was frustrated and fed up as it was taking so long. I became in desperate need of a quick sale. After seeing an advert for anyhouse wanted on a billboard I thought I would give it a go, I have to say it’s the best decision I ever made.Sarah was friendly and prompt in her correspondence throughout making it so much easier.
