Super service from Giselle, Harriet and Ed at Anthony Roberts. Cannot recommend them enough. They managed a renovation and a re-letting seamlessly, and are very responsive and helpful! Nothing too much hassle for them.

Simon Welford provided an excellent service. I was most impressed. He always made sure I knew exactly where we were in the process and where there were choices to make provided very sound and sensible advice.

Simon Welford from Antony Roberts made this transaction the best experience we have ever had with an estate agent. We have used high street agents before, and realized it is a challenging industry to work in and work with (for vendors and buyers).

We did not experience any of the problems that we have seen with other agents. AR were very transparent from the start, extremely professional and made all parts of purchasing a property an actual pleasure.

Simon went beyond the call of duty and provided us with contacts for builders, roofer, conveyancing lawyer, etc, and popped down to the property many times to allow contractors inside to provide quotes.

This is exactly the team you need for selling or buying your dream house in the Richmond area. It appears that other reviewers would agree with this outlook.

We recently sold our much-loved family home in Kew through Anthony Roberts and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the outset, we felt genuinely supported. Our first point of contact was Jonathan, who was patient and understanding as we needed time to clear the property before putting it on the market. Once we were ready, Simon stepped in to handle the sale and was exceptional throughout. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided clear, practical advice every step of the way. I rented a property through Antony Roberts for over 9 years, and I can wholeheartedly say that I never felt like I was just renting – it truly felt like my home. Throughout this time, the agency, and in particular Alison Wren, provided outstanding support and understanding.

Alison was not only professional, but incredibly kind and approachable. One moment that really stood out was when we expressed interest in having a cat. I had always thought that having a pet while renting would be impossible, but Alison immediately supported us and took the initiative to get the landlord’s approval – which was granted thanks to her effort and understanding. It meant so much to us as a family.
