I love my new Antler bag. It’s roomy, has great pockets, the zippers are very easy to use, the straps are comfortable and adjust easily, and the overall “look and feel” of the bag is one of classy elegance. I have just bought 2 of your suitcases. I initially had trouble setting the code for the security lock on each suitcase, and emailed your company about this. I immediately received a helpful reply, in which was attached a short video explaining what I needed to do.
I had already worked out how to set the code, and did so correctly, but I don't think the instructions included in the case itself were completely clear (unlike the video).
Otherwise I have no complaints, and was impressed by the rapidity of your response to my complaint.

Delivery was so fast (the box was a little beaten up though) and everything arrived in one piece. I love antler luggage and the quality is unmatched. This case can be thrown around all over the world and makes it through with nothing harmed inside.

My order was received promptly. The suitcases are very light weight and beautiful. They are just what I wanted. The carry on held up well on its first use. I also had questions on the warranty and customer service answered my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Great products, especially the lightweight ones. Easy to navigate website, choose and purchase a product. Shipping was very reasonable, no chasing shipping status. The quality is great and my expectation is that I will enjoy my purchases for my upcoming international trip.

The bag I got was fine for almost a year, and then the zipper started to break. It would split open even when the bag wasn't fully packed.

I reached out to the company to ask if they could help me given their warranty. It has been a year since I first reached out, and they still haven't given me any viable solution, despite my reaching out multiple times. They have acknowledged that this falls under their warranty, but they say they can neither repair the bag nor send me a new one. Instead, they offered me a choice between a gift card (worth 115% of what I paid — sounds generous, until you realize the updated version of the bag, which is now all they offer, costs over 70% more more than what I originally paid, meaning they’d get more money out of me) or a refund calculated using depreciation, neither of which would cover the cost of a replacement bag at current prices.

Their stated reason for not replacing it is that they no longer make the exact model I purchased, though they do sell an updated version — my guess is the real reason is that it costs more than what I originally paid. This bodes very poorly for their lifetime warranty in general: their models and prices will obviously keep changing over the life of the brand, and if that's enough for them to get out of honoring a claim, the warranty really means nothing.

They offered to reimburse me for fixing it myself, but no repair place I contacted could guarantee they could fix it without compromising the lightweight construction, which is the whole reason I bought this bag in the first place. Most recently, while still waiting for their response, I tried to pack it (not fully) and it fully broke, so now I have no suitcase.

I would pass on this company altogether if given the chance again. Incredibly frustrating.

Love the lightness of a travel tote bag and can't wait to use it next month overseas!

Customer service and addressing my concerns .

Better product description on website would be helpful

Quick shipping.

Everything was great until I received the actual carry-on bag, and could not figure out how to open it!!! The bag was locked, and the actual instructions to explain how to unlock the bag were INSIDE the bag!!!

Thankfully, I had a conversation with ChatGPT and it explained to me how most of the bags come with the preset "000" and you just need to push the lock release tab, but that was not obvious without that directions because the release tab is not even denoted on anything in the packing.

SO, YOU ALL NEED TO PUT THOSE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PACKING BOX, NOT INSIDE THE LOCKED SUITCASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the carry-on itself, I love it!

Suitcase arrived on time and functional. Slippers were a little tight to close around the corners of the suitcase.
