I purchased the distressed wood dining table and I'm genuinely impressed. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail—the joinery is solid, the finish is even, and it feels built to last. Even after three months of daily use with a family of five, there's not a scratch or wobble. This isn't cheap particleboard furniture; it's a real investment piece. Highly recommend if you value quality.

The items they show on the website are misleading!
I have ordered several items from Antique Farmhouse and have been disappointed in what I received. For example, a one handled pot I ordered in green (the picture on the website showed the vibrant green I had been looking for. It was $76. I waited a month to get it. Instead of green, I received a brown pot with a green border and green spots through the brown paint all around it. It's ugly! It costs more to return the item with all the different chargers they charge. So, I'm keeping it. Or, I will try to sell it. I'm not ordering anything else from Antique Farmhouse!

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my items. I’ve reached out twice. This is unacceptable. Their patronizing and placating response to my inquiry was not appreciated. I told them to cancel the order. I suspect I will never get a refund and my items are somewhere in the abyss. Stay away from this place

We do want to clarify that your order was placed on August 31, and the product you purchased clearly states a shipping timeframe of up to 15 business days. Your order is still within that timeframe, and we apologize if this was not clear when you placed your order.
That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard or dismissed. I have personally issued a full refund for your order, and you should see the funds returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.

My first order is 16 days ago with no confirmation of the order, no shipping or tracking info, and no receipt of the items. I'm wondering if they are a scam because my credit card has been charged before shipping. There is no one on the receiving end to help via phone or website. Guess I will never shop again and recommend to my family/friends to never shop here either. Shame on you all. Most businesses today have some sort of ethics.

This company is completely scandalous!! I ordered items directly from their website. I received an order confirmation that my credit card was charged for the items. Then I received another email that they would reach out when my items were being shipped! Then last night, I received an email saying the order was canceled due to incorrect prices on their website! What a scam! What kind of company doesn't honor the prices they had on the website or at least reach out to see if I still wanted the order?!! Horrible business ethics or lack there of!

The price displayed on the website was the result of an isolated pricing error and was not the intended selling price of the item. Unfortunately, the error was not caught before the order was placed. While pricing errors can occasionally happen, they are extremely uncommon for us, and we take great care to ensure our products are accurately represented.
In this case, the item had a retail value of more than $2,500, but was mistakenly listed at $108. Once the error was identified, we had no choice but to cancel the order rather than fulfill it at an incorrect price. We understand that receiving an order confirmation and then learning that the order was canceled is frustrating, and we are sorry that we did not communicate this better.
We absolutely understand your disappointment, but we want to assure you that this was an honest and isolated pricing mistake, not an attempt to mislead our customers. We appreciate your feedback and have taken steps internally to help prevent this type of error from happening again.
Scam return policy. 23% restocking and only with approval that slow to come
I looked at all my email box’s we did receive any responce till this email. So I now get a return from you today 7/1 that said return good only till 6/27??? Then you state a 23% restocking fee. This is one big scam. So you all delay any response Tim it’s expired what a bad biz plan. This responce will become a great review for who people should not shop at your company. This is very upsetting to my wife. So today I will start my giving you bad to worst reviews. Shame on you all over $50.

Just waiting for my cherries sign that I ordered and wondering how long it takes as I already received the other part of the order. I don't have an order number so I can't check on it. Great customer service experience
Great customer service experience. My original order arrived damaged, and the first replacement also came broken. Each time, the company responded quickly and sent another replacement without any hassle. The third shipment arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the process, especially at a time when it can be difficult to even get a reply from some companies. Their dedication to resolving the issue was impressive, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Unreliable, inconsistent and disappointing.
Ordered a number of items from Antique Farm House.
Warehouse deliveries are inefficient. Expect your order to arrive in an oversized tractor trailer, one item per day, front yard/porch delivery only of boxed item.
Double check for accuracy (paper invoice and box contents may not match). Check box and content condition as damage may have occurred in warehouse or en route. (Take pictures.) Expect polite, but limited assistance from driver.
As first/time buyers, we’ve experienced one accurate delivery (impressive quality), one accurate delivery (questionable quality), one wrong delivery (waiting on pick up/return) and one poorly packaged, damaged delivery (took pictures, refused delivery).
We have requested refund on damaged item. We are waiting for delivery of two remaining items.
Inconsistent at best and overall disappointing experience. Buyer Beware.
