I purchased a subscription to Anstrex’s Native Ads Intelligence tool on February 18, 2025, and submitted a cancellation and refund request within the stipulated 48-hour window. The email clearly stated my request for a full refund under Anstrex’s 48-hour money-back guarantee policy.
However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response from their support team. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.
