This was one of the worst purchases…
This was one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I purchased door entry lights for a 2024 Lexus NX. I followed the chart to ensure it was compatible but when I received it, it did not fit. I also purchased customized illuminated entry floor panels but when I received it, the name was missing a letter. Anoauto promised to send me replacement panels with the correct spelling but that was almost a month ago. The worst part is, these were Christmas gifts. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK!!

Good support experience for a return
I purchased shadow lights for a car as a gift. The car wasn’t wired for the lights and I needed to return them. Support was responsive and offered to give a refund less a $10 restocking fee.

Best possible turnout
Though the projector lights I purchased from this company were not right for my vehicle (my mistake), I was able to reach Kevin via email support. Without much effort at all, I was able to return my order and get a full refund in just a couple day’s time. I am extremely grateful. I wish those lights were compatible with my vehicle because they appeared to be pretty awesome….but I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout, considering the circumstances. Thanks AnoAuto and, more specifically—thank you, Kevin!
