This was my seventh annuity from AnnuityAdvantage.

I have been building a ladder of fixed lifetime SPIAs (with cash refund) over many years. This will allow me to retire to Europe on a "self sufficiency" visa.

My annuity agent has always been extremely professional and responsive.

She has gone above and beyond every time we have encountered any issues with the process.

I spent several hours calling the company. Every time the admin assistant answered the call immediately but none of the agents was available. I left a couple of voicemails. One agent answered next day via short email.
