We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and hope you’re doing well. This shipment required a signature due to the high value, and UPS made several delivery attempts but was unable to complete delivery when no one was available to sign. At that point, the package was automatically returned to us, which is outside of our control. We are currently holding the order and will be happy to resend it as soon as you’re available to receive it.
