Thieves or/and "HORRENDOUS SUPPORT"

After reading the reviews here I had to quote darkexcal's review...

I placed an order on 04/03/26 (as I had before on two previous occasions) it wasn't until I saw the details on my email the next day that I realized those weren't the products I originally chose.
I contacted their support team through email and respective phone number with no luck (all automated btw). Now it was a weekend so I patiently waited... When I finally received an email back from them an entity named "S*k*ra" kindly offer to help by putting my order on hold so I could replace the products for the right ones.
Sounds good, right?
NO!!!
Ever since then I've attempted to get a refund 21 times through email and phone calls (automated btw) but it's impossible to get a real person to respond.
Here's a glimpse of the last email I've sent so far:

Me - Hello,
Now I'm going to reply to all of your previous messages:
S*k*ra - "I hope you’ve been doing well"
Me - No I'm not, I'm super frustrated about the way you reply every time I ask for assistance....
S*k*ra - "I just wanted to send a gentle follow-up regarding my previous message about your inquiry. I completely understand how busy life can get, so there’s absolutely no pressure or urgency at all—I simply wanted to make sure my earlier email reached you safely and didn’t get missed."
Me - Thank you for sending a follow-up regarding my inquiries, and yes life gets gets busy when I'm only trying to get my money back with pressure and urgency. Also yes, I've received all of your emails and replied back....
S*k*ra - "If you’re still exploring your options, need a bit more time, or have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out whenever it’s most convenient for you. Whether you need additional details, clarification, pricing assistance, or help with the next steps, I’d be more than happy to assist and make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible."
Me - I hope you can understand that at this point I'm not exploring any more options, I also don't need more time, nor I have any questions. I've tried too many times to reach out to you for help regarding details, clarification and assistance regarding this situation.
S*k*ra - "Whenever you’re ready, just let me know how you’d like to move forward, and I’ll gladly take care of everything on our end for you."
Me - I am ready, and I'm letting you know that all I want is a refund towards my debit card ending with 7002 (minus the 15% cancellation fee based on policy) so can you please gladly take care of everything for me...
S*k*ra - "Thank you again for your time, trust, and the opportunity to assist—it truly means a lot to us. I’ll be here whenever you’re ready, and I look forward to hearing from you."
Me - You are very welcome, I'm now going to wait and see if your actions reflect your company's true values or are you going to keep denying my rightful refund...
Thank you...

As you can see this company is not adhering to their rules and regulations, their customer service is s**t, and I bet they'll reply here with "I'm sorry, please contact us so we can further assist you"
Beware of this company.

No Issues Here

I've ordered 17 bodypillowcases from here and plan to order more in the future. Been a returning customer since 2022. Express shipping is a little too expensive for my taste. They have a good selection of dakimakura to choose from. I never had an issue with the delivery process. Always on time for me or even a few days early when my orders are delivered.

Horrible pillow quality, waste of money

Worst quality pillow I've ever seen. Over $100 for the most flat, non-stuffed chinese pillow. You can get better quality pillows from amazon for a fraction of the price. Regret ever ordering from here, just gonna take the L and buy elsewhere.

Never received my product because of seller own mistake

It been a long time ago but I just remembered how these guys never gave me my dakimakura because the seller wrote the wrong address and demanded ANOTHER 70$ to get it shipped AGAIN as if it was my fault that he/she couldn't write properly.

In the end I am down 300$ and a dakimakura.

horrendous support

I am usually extremely patient, even with delays and such, but enough is enough with these people.

I've had two experiences that paint the picture with ADP. The first is a mismatched item which took two weeks to even get a reply, then when it got resolved and they accepted that I had been sent the wrong item, it had to be sent with the next order I placed instead.
Fine. I finally got a reply, everything else got to me. I was going to buy something in the future anyway.
I get it.

Following this, I made an order and had to send them an email for an invoice since I was paying through paypal. Also asked them to add the missed item from last time to it.

The email is now 3 weeks old with no reply and their online support never replied once after multiple attempts over multiple days during their supposed online office hours.

No replies, no return emails except their automated response.
Nothing.

Great place to buy good quality Pillows

I have bought a few times from this site now and I always find the quality of their Inner Body Pillows and Dakimakuras are fantastic. It is *much* more expensive than other sites Pillows and covers, but the quality is of a much higher standard. Even if you sourced an Inner Pillow elsewhere, a Pillow cover from here is highly recommended.

Their site over the past few years has been "updated" and its got worse each time though. My Chrome browser on my phone cant even load pages up within 60 seconds and my Modern PC can take 10 seconds to load up anything on screen, so that needs a lot of work still.

I also don't like that they are trying to break into the adult toys industry as these items are totally overpriced compared to other available sites so I would only recommend them for the actual Pillows and Covers.

Postage to the UK was fine. A little on the slow side, but I am never going to pay an additional £110 for 5-7 day shipping on a pillow cover that cost £45.

TLDR; Quality is great, but it's expensive. Economy shipping is slow but faster shipping can be £100+! A dreadfully slow site makes browsing a chore on any device.
