My order unfortunately arrived via Royal Mail damaged. The poster tube had been bent in half, which damaged the poster. I contacted Animato via email, with photos on Saturday and I received a response on Sunday, apologising and saying they would replace the poster a.s.a.p. I received the new poster, next day delivery the following day! Exceptional customer service, I would fully recommend and will definitely be ordering from them again. THANK YOU

I'm happy with my prints, but communication from this company was poor. I messaged them twice on their Ebay shop asking if they can combine postage costs for multiple purchases and never received a reply.

Fantastic company. I bought two posters in frames. They came before expected delivery date, they were packaged cleanly and properly, and the products themselves are such high quality. Big thanks to the Animato team 🙏 I would definitely recommend !

I ordered the framed print after asking the owner the size of the frame. It came much quicker than I expected. Very well packed, corner protections on it. When I opened it there was r a very slight paint chip on one corner. I took a picture and rang the owner, again answered the phone. I explained the problem and offered to send the photo. Guy accepted my word and a acceptable discount was negotiated. I liked it because he took my word and refunded the discount straight away. Very good service. I used acrylic paint and tiny paint brush. Again I'm very pleased with instant discount and the fantastic service the guy gives. The painting is on the wall now and I'm a happy bunny

Bonne qualité d'impression, produit rapidement livré. Mais quand on regarde avec précision "Evening at the Ramen Shop - Print Only / 50x70" je peux voir que c'est sûrement une image générée par IA. Écriture et intérieur du magasin ne laissent pas de doute, c'est de la bouillie.
Pourquoi pas, mais rien ne prévient l'acheteur.

Deciding which prints to get was the hardest part! Our prints shipped immediately after we placed the order and showed up in a very sturdy container with a nice, bright, yellow wrap inside. The prints arrived in prefect condition and look great! They are going to be an incredible addition in our recently remodeled kitchen.

Great posters. Really clean, sharp print on good quality paper. Also, the customer service was excellent. Royal Mail 'lost' my order but as soon as I contacted Animato they sent out replacements by express post without quibbling. Would recommend.

The customer services team was quick to react when I reported that my order had not arrived. They sent a new order quickly and I’m very happy with the prints!

Prints were perfect and arrived really quickly. I accidentally ordered the wrong one and Sam was really understanding and gave me an immediate refund. I’ll be ordering any prints exclusively from here from now on - thank you again 😊
