Bought a statue and a figure on Monday night and arrived literally on Friday morning! They had great packaging and my items came in perfect! I’d highly recommend them.

Meine erste Bestellung lief sehr, sehr gut. Ich kann absolut nicht meckern, ob es Preise sind oder Versand.Ich habe 2 Backorder-Artikel bestellt und musste 2 Wochen warten, was absolut kein Problem war. Als die Sachen verschickt wurden, habe ich keine Woche gewartet, also ging es sehr schnell. kam alles sicher an, ohne große Probleme. Da ich aus der EU komme, muss ich noch erwähnen, dass man hier keine Extrakosten zahlen muss, denn seit einer gewissen Zeit geht alles mit Global E viel einfacher, weswegen man an der Kasse auch etwas mehr bezahlen muss an Versand. Das heißt, es wird alles vorher abgewickelt und bezahlt: Zoll, Einfuhr und Versand natürlich.Dafür, dass die Preise wegen des Versands steigen, kann ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen: Es beinhaltet ja alle Kosten, und so ist man wenigstens mit allem durch. Außerdem bieten sie nun mal Sachen an, die man hier nicht mal so eben erwerben kann.Bin absolut zufrieden.

My first order went very, very well. I absolutely can't complain, whether it's the prices or the shipping. I ordered two backorder items and had to wait two weeks, which was absolutely no problem. When the items were shipped, I didn't have to wait a week, so it was very fast. Everything arrived safely, without any major problems. Since I'm from the EU, I should mention that you don't have to pay any extra costs here, because everything has been much easier with Global E for a while now, which is why you have to pay a bit more for shipping at checkout. This means everything is handled and paid for beforehand: customs, import, and shipping, of course. Considering that the prices are rising because of shipping, I don't understand the negative reviews: It includes all costs, so at least you're covered. Besides, they offer things that you can't just buy here. I'm absolutely satisfied.

I preorder my first order back in may, I had a preorder for September hence why it took so long to come, it was packed safety and everything arrived in perfect condition! Once it was shipped out I received it within three days, which is amazing!

I know people complain about the shipping prices but it’s pretty common prices for ordering something from Japan, thank you! I currently have my 2nd order on the way <3

I bought a few items that were about $30 in total, the shipping alone was around $20. DHL lost my package but marked it as delivered, the store refused to refund me because they said I did not report soon enough. I spent 50 dollars and received nothing. Please don't use them if you have other options, I would recommend finding a proxy and purchasing from Mercari, it would be cheaper too.

They have a pretty good selection of items but the shipping price is way too high. The cheapest option is 20 dollars, and that can be for an item that is under a pound.

Great products, super quick and just an amazing company in general. I highly recommend this shop to every weeb out there. There's very good reasons it's Kirino's favourite shop!

The shop is legit, service is pretty good.
But this is all dragged down because of the shipping costs and the shop's infexibility.
They are extremely inflexible regarding shipping and only offer DHL express (to my country) which result in horrendously expensive shipping costs.

Had to pay DHL express for a pre-ordered product recently (a figure) because they don't want to offer surface shipping to my country. (and EMS was suspended after my preorder was already done months back)

My last experience:
If I had bought the same item on amazon.co.jp I would have saved around 60USD!!! Just because of the extremely costly shipping and high "service fee" that DHL demands (+25% my countries tax on top of it). Additional 60USD for basically...NOTHING.

PS: their useless shipping coupons (which are offered once in a while) don't help a bit. Even with coupon they are STILL way more expensive in regards to shipping than competitors.

If you have no other option, use them.
If you have other options, AVOID! Shipping will make their deals extremely expensive.

Good products and and arrived to but last time i ended up paying even more beacuse they did something wrong alsl you can't order all the item you want without error and the expense to pay for it to arrive is alot så they could at least do that you can order all the item you want
