The delivery experience is terrible. They provide zero information about where your package is or when you’ll receive it.
The website also claims that delivery will take a maximum of 5 days… i’m now on my 9th and still without any knowledge when i’ll get my package. Contacting them through email is useless no one responds. I had to find out who they use for delivery and reach out to them myself just to be told it MIGHT arrive in 2 days… seriously?

It's a good pc

Ive made 2 purchases with anigma. One in 2025 , PC held up great not issues so far
And another in 2026 both high end PCs. You get what you pay for nothing more nothing less.

However customer service is abysmal. You have to basically call constantly to get an answer or an update otherwise they ignore you. eg I texted them on the 3rd day and got hit with "we are working on it". The same for 4th day where i insisted to know how much of the PC was completed turned out they didn't even start. They didn't have the case they listed on their website. Which I've opted to replace with another. Rushed the order because its supposed to be gift, not the desireable outcome.

Honestly disappointing. Id rather not deal with this company again. Transparency seems to be an issue with them

communication was non-existent. once replied on whatsapp and never replied to my emails or whatsapp after the first time. Missed sending one item with the delivery, and yet to hear back from them. Delivery time took too long considering they are local, it took over a week.

I've been using my PC from Anigma for about a week now, and I’m very happy with its performance—it runs every game I throw at it smoothly, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The only downside was the communication during the order process. While the website mentioned a 5-day delivery, my build took about 2.5 weeks due to some delays after the stress testing phase. I completely understand that delays can happen, especially when quality checks are involved, but I would have appreciated more proactive updates. I had to reach out myself to get any information, which made the wait more stressful than it needed to be.

That said, I’m pleased with the final product and grateful to the team for delivering a high-quality PC in the end.
