The item arrived right on schedule and was well-packaged to ensure it came in one piece. However, upon closer inspection of the base, the marble has clearly been patched up, and unfortunately, it wasn’t done very well. It's quite noticeable and takes away from the quality look you'd expect from a new product. I'm keeping it because the glass dome is great and shipping was hassle-free, but the quality control on the marble base definitely leaves something to be desired.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to hear that your order arrived on time, was well-packaged, and that you were pleased with the glass dome and overall delivery experience.
We are sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the marble base. As this was not brought to our attention before the review was posted, we had not had the opportunity to look into it for you. We have since sent you an email and would be happy to help, whether that is with a replacement or a partial refund, depending on your preference.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to put things right for you.
