I was hesitant to hire a consultant to help me with my RCMP interview and I really thought I had it all myself. Once I began to work with Rusty I completely redesigned the prep work I had done and with his guidance really began to hit my mark and felt not only satisfied but really proud of the material I had now prepared for the interview.

In the end, I was overly prepared and the interview was literally 180 degree turn around from what I expected but because I was so prepared, I was able to pull from my material what I needed on the spot and bust out perhaps the best interview I have ever had. It was also the most important one I have ever had.
