Elaine is an exceptional tutor. I learned exactly how to structure my answers using the STAR method. The practice questions perfectly mirrored the actual RCMP competency based behavioral and situational format. The feedback was honest, direct and highlighted even the small errors in my answers which I never would have noticed. Also, the mock interview really helped me to eliminate all my anxiety before the actual interview. I highly recommend anEDGE to anyone aspiring to a career in law enforcement.

I had Paul coached me on the CBSA interview. Paul really went above and beyond to guide me through all the things I need to be aware of thoroughly and professionally, more importantly, he is one of the most patient people I've ever dealt with. I couldn't be more prepared for my interview after getting coached by him. The only issue I had is I didn't find them earlier! Quick update, interview was a big success!

The OTEE Practice Exams are real and challenge the applicants. However, you cannot see all the answers. It was a valid experience on the bright side.
On the other hand, I booked an interview coach twice, received the email with my booking ID, and yet, nobody reached out. I failed in the inteview and I take full responsibility for my choices and decisions. However, regardless of the outcome of my interview, I would be more confident if the team could help me.
