The Midsomer Norton branch have been amazing through our house sale process. They sold our home, as well as being responsible for our buyers property, and the communication, particularly from George, has been fantastic throughout. George kept us in the loop of what was happening, sometimes even before our solicitors had managed to. We really appreciate all of the support and communication, not only up to accepting an offer, but right through to exchange. Although we have no plans to move house again, we would absolutely use Midsomer Norton branch of Andrews, if we did decide to.

A responsive and very helpful team, from initial letting to the resolution of issues. They are quick to respond, and wise in their advice. A good show all round and a pleasure to deal with.

Harpindar at the Downend branch was ver profession, warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions and was happy to help!

Great start to the sales process and we had an offer within the first week. This then unfortunately slowed down and poor comms from the Estate agent led to a frustrating few months. A change in team at Headington then helped and we were able to negotiate the price with the buyers and finalise the sale, exchange and completion within a given time frame. Maybe took longer than needed and maybe there are learnings from all sides. Thanks to the new team for the weekly updates and hitting the target Completion date (Revised)
