My family and I use this service regularly and have always been very satisfied. From booking the tickets to the journey itself, we have never been disappointed. We will continue to be loyal customers.

We had very good service on AndBus recently. Friendly and helpful drivers. Can recommend booking with AndBus!

Immaculate and clean coach with leather seats and plenty of under carriage storage for large suitcases. The drivers are polite and the bus stops are easy to find. Our bus arrived exactly on time. A stress free option travelling to Andorra and back to Barcelona.

They should consider a seating plan as it is tricky to seat a family together when people occupy seats sporadically. The seats are small and the leg space is very poor. I am 180cm and if someone reclines their seat in front, you need to move your legs to a side. The over head storage is small, it is impossible to get a small back in which is nearly full.

Mentally unstable middle aged female bus driver on the July 25th 7pm bus from Barcelona. When you tell her you have statements in writing from the Andbus booking agents that contradict her statements, she calls you a liar and refuses to look at the emails. She antagonizes us with irrelevant statements that only serve her sociopathic amusement. She took nearly 20 minutes to book a ticket for 1 passenger, while we all waited patiently. We have used the Andbus several times, but this driver has serious passive agressive mental issues that should hereby serve as evidence or a harbinger.

This is the first time I have used Andbus, and I rate it a top class service.
I took the bust from Toulouse Airport to my accommodation in Soldeu, and it was a perfect journey, and actually arrived 20-minutes early.
My return journey took me from Soldeu to Barcelona. Once again the pick-up was on time (actually 5-mins early) and got me to the Barcelona airport on time.
Everything perfect.

I had pleasure to work with Andbus recently on one of the requests for my client and I have to say it was a great experience. Even though the client was demanding and there were many last-minute and unexpected issues, Andbus agents were very helpful, responsive, and super nice. A big THANK YOU especially to Raquel and Solange. I will surely be back with future requests.

On time, and comfortable and clean inside.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and even stopped at out hotel when we asked and as it wasn't too full (cant promise thats normal but that was our experience).

Took the bus from the central Toulouse bus stop and reached our hotel on time without problems.

As it was March and we didn't like the conditions as much, we booked tickets to Barcelona and went there for two days with the same company in the middle of our trip. Again zero problems and a smooth experience all around.

Finally took the bus back to Tollouse airport, bus was on time and all was good.

Overall very happy with the company and would gladly use them again next year when travelling to Andorra

Horrendous. We had a 4am bus booked to the airport. They rang and cancelled at 8pm the night before because the road they were meant to take was closed due to weather conditions. Every other company ran this service on an alternative route due to the road closure. As it was so late, all other busses were fully booked.

We were told multiple times to just get a taxi - a 5 hour taxi!! and claim it back if we had travel insurance. Basically, they didn't care what we did - it wasn't their problem.

I was hung up on 4 different times while trying to discuss options with them - awful, awful service.

Do not get this bus company for the airport as they are unreliable and unhelpful.
