Rapidez en gestionar y enviar el pedido. No pasó ni una semana entre la compra y la entrega en el lugar de recogida. Las lámparas estaban perfectamente embaladas y son preciosas.

No se puede recomendar por el uso de GLS
Cuatro estrellas por la atención al cliente pero no se puede recomendar, por el uso de GLS para envios en España. Tres intentos de enviar el pedido, a puntos de recogida de GLS, tres veces sin exito, con retrasos e historias sin fin. Parece que los repartidores de GLS roban los paquetes. Al final hemos tenido que pedir que nos devolvieron el dinero. Tramite de reembolso sin problema, pero sin lampara y un lio de cinco meses. Una perdida de tiempo.

45 dias y sigo esperando, ¿es normal?
Realicé el pedido de 2 lamparas VP7 el 27/11/2023. Hoy día 11/01/2024 no las he recibido. He contactado 5-6 veces con Andlight, responden rápido, pero falta eficiencia. ¿Hasta cuando?
