Wij hadden enorm uitgekeken naar onze Flowerpot VP2
Wij hadden enorm uitgekeken naar onze 2 2 VP2 Flowerpots en werden hierbij hulpvaardig geholpen via assistentie! De lampen arriveerden keurig ingepakt en na controle onzetwege werd dit goedgekeurd (geen beschadigingen van lampenkappen). Toen we de lampen opgehangen hadden merkten we op dat de plastiek aan de binnenzijde van de lamp nog nat moest geweest zijn want er waren veegjes in op het mooie mosterdgele verf. Dat was jammer maar werden meteen bijgestaan door de klantendienst. Nieuwe lampen werden opgestuurd en wij stuurden de met verf besmeurde lampen terug. Wat een service!!! Natuurlijk was het fijner geweest om meteen de volwaardige lampen te hebben gehad maar we zijn altijd mensen en die zaken gebeuren nu eenmaal! We zijn supercontent met onze nieuwe aanwinsten!

Koop hier niets!
Als je hier wil ruilen, moet je de verzending betalen. Hou daar rekening mee. Als dit een groot of breekbaar product is, kost het je misschien wel meer dan je aankoop. En dan weet je nog niet of je je geld terugkrijgt, want ze gaan het eerst 'keuren'. Daarom raad ik deze website 100% af.
De informatie die ze geven bij producten is ondermaats, waardoor het gevaar bestaat dat je effectief een verkeerde aankoop doet. Beter dus niet hier shoppen maar bij een website waar de voorwaarden niet enkel het bedrijf dienen maar ook de klant.

It is stated in our return policy, that return costs are paid by the customer.
Unfortunately, as you say, international shipping can be quite expensive, which is why we offer free shipment, but cannot offer free returns. Upon returning a product, we expect it to be in the same condition as it was sent in, hence the inspection.
