Purchased a property through Mark.

Communication was excellent at all times and Mark very quickly answered a couple of queries I had. All in all, extremely easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I met with Mark for a coffee 2 days later I decided to buy an off-market deal with him. Personally, I like to meet folk especially when I’m going to spend a few quid. He’s a very down-to-earth guy no bullshit. My deal hasn’t when through yet but that’s more down to the seller. He sent me over a solicitor number Karen she’s lovely. He also sent me a broker's number who’s great as well 3 days and my bridging was sitting on the solicitor's desk. I would highly recommend him and his son Jack if you're looking for a good deal

Working with these guys made everything a very easy process from start to finish. At the time both Jack and Mark were each taking a weeks holiday at separate times to ensure a smooth running of their business and the handover was seamless and gave me the experience with dealing with both partners. I can say that they are reliable, trustworthy and very efficient .

I purchased an off market property from Jack a couple of months ago, he has been extremely helpful throughout the process and is still checking in throughout the refurb. I had been watching the Scottish property podcasts and YouTube videos for the last couple of years, aiming to buy my first BTL. Ideally, I was looking for something that could be refurbished to add value, but I was restricted in getting trades guys to do this, along with having the time.

I then came across Jack and his dad on a property podcast and felt that they both came across as very genuine. I started following them on social media for a couple of months before I finally took the plunge and gave Jack a call. He added me to his group chat, and not long after that, he offered me a deal in Kirkcaldy for a property that needed a £30k refurb

Without having met any of them, I thought, let’s do this which was a big move for me, especially as an ex-car salesman who tends to be a bit cynical. Jack then suggested I use his lawyer to speed up the transaction. Again, I was a bit suspicious, thinking my money was going to end up in a bank in Nigeria lol. I might have been a bit of a nightmare initially for Jack (sorry, Jack), but I must say that from start to finish, he was excellent, along with his refurb team, which was managed by Joe.

Joe provided me with weekly updates, progress videos, and addressed any issues they had. The refurb took only a couple of weeks longer than planned, which wasn’t a problem, especially since I was always kept in the loop about what was happening. The deal has worked out well for me, making the sourcing fee good value, as I wouldn’t have been able to do this myself and was completely hands off.

We found Mark on a local FB page, I was helping a friend looking to seek her late mother’s property. I contacted Mark and he responded very quickly, he then gave us a call and come out that day to look at the property. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable, he answered all our questions that we had. He helped us massively and we honestly can’t thank him enough for everything he done. Jack and his father were great to work with and helped to overcome any issues with great resolution’s. I made a leap of faith abroad which didn’t work out in the end and the full process from handing over the keys, to then receiving the keys was an absolute beeeze.
