I contacted this company asked for…
I contacted this company asked for advice. I got a message saying how can they help then I replied. I then got completely ignored then I got blocked on WhatsApp. I didn't knw why at the time. Then I sent a message on Facebook on there page asking not sure why I've been blocked. Then straight away dan blocked me on that. Then on WhatsApp Dan unblocked me and sent a message saying cant help me and not the right company, then blocked me again. Im not being funny why didnt you just tell me at the beginning we can't help you instead of blocking and completely ignoring people thats so unprofessional.

Firstly, you have not engaged in our services and were told that we are not able to help you, and we are not the company for you. We advised you to look elsewhere and wished you well.
Often we are contacted by clients who have no intention of utilitising our services, nor do they have the means of being able to proceed with an investigation. Unfortunately that was obvious form the outset with yourself.
We spend many hours a day sifting through enquiries, answering calls and emails, and although we aim to be as hands on and responsive as we can, we simply can't give every 'potential client' a run down of why we aren't the right company for them.
You appear to have bombarded us with emails and phonecalls from different numbers, at which point you have been told we can't help you. This behaviour of course warranted you being blocked. We assumed you'd contact one of the many other companies in the area, of which there are very many.
Your review further backs up our initial thoughts and we will seek to have it removed as it does not reflect who we are as a company and what we do - the many other 100's of verified reviews across all platforms, mainly Bark and Google confirm that. You are sadly an isolated case but it appears from your Trust Pilot profile that this is a common theme for you.
We hope you can finally find a company that can help you, and wish you all the best.
Professional company, highly recommended
Just completed a complex investigation in partnership with Anderson & Co. Together we got the result the client desired.
We have worked with several Private Investigation companies, but rarely have we been so impressed as to leave them a review.
The owner was efficient and professional on every level. Dynamic in their thinking and working practice.
