Buyers beware!!! I use to love ordering from this company but sadly I’m currently experiencing what others have complained about. I ordered from this company on December 2nd. They drafted my account on December 3rd. Yet, I have not received my order. I have called their customer service number several times, only to receive an automated message. I have even reached out to them “via” email on several occasions and, again, NO RESPONSE! This is horrible customer service! I’m done with this company and I suggest you find someone who values your business!

Terrible communication
I ordered some body scrubs from them and 1 was damaged. I also had inquiries about other products they sell. It's been almost 3 months and with many messages sent, these people aren't serious about responding. According to their Facebook page, multiple people have reported the same thing. If you can't stand by your products or respond to your customers, then off with your head. Don't support

Me and my body love your products!
Kudos, Ancient Cosmetics!!! For years, I suffered fromPseudofolliculitis barbae (PFB) all over my body, and aging has worsened. I have prescribed creams and ointments but my skin looked ashy. My girlfriend, always the guinea pig, gifted me a set of Lemon Turmeric body polish and salt scrub. I'm doing the happy dance. My skin looks so beautiful and glowing. The hair follicles have begun to show hair, and the dark tiny hair freckles are fading. Thank you for producing a great product. I'm fan for life.
