I have spasmodic pain in the lower back. A huge thanks to Sian. I am now flying.

I have been here twice now, for two different treatments, the first was a pregnancy massage where it was suggested I should try the pregnancy MOT. The massage was great very relaxing, even through I was a bit sore the next day (but thats to be expected), but with the MOT I more like myself straight after and no aches or pains in the following days, I felt great! More like my pre-pregnancy self. Both Sian and Ellie are friendly and create a very relaxed and calm atmosphere and were very informative about the treament they would be giving me. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Sophie understood my issues and found all the pressure points which has given me a lot of pain relief. A great treatment.

I had the best massage, which helps my back. Sian is really good and she relaxes me while she does the massage. Sian’s great!!

I have had two appointments with Jodi so far and both had been great. I went for a mummy mot 9 months after having my second little one and then had a follow up appointment. Jodi was really friendly and put me completely at ease during the appointment. She was really thorough and knowledgeable. Jodi explained everything as she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable at each stage. She explained things that I was experiencing and niggles that I couldn't put my finger on. The treatments have made such a difference and are helping me get my body back after the strains of two pregnancies. I would highly recommend a Mummy MOT to any mum and highly recommend Jodi, she is amazing! Thank you

Second time I've found myself at Sian's door due to a sports injury, second time I've been delighted with the outcome and the service.

Seen on time, really clean, pleasant environment, loads of parking. Wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

I had an appointment with Michelle because I've had restricted movement of my head due to pain in my shoulders. Michelle was brilliant. Put me completely at ease and asked all sorts of questions which linked up other issues I have that have probably caused the shoulder pain. She's personable, approachable, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I talked about things I wouldn't usually and my follow up appointment will include a women's pelvic health.
I have had appointments with other team members and they are all soooo good at what they do and are all very professional. Alex who runs ANA therapies is a lovely lady who is very passionate about what she does.

I have been going to Darya at ANA Therapies for a few months now, for a long term issue. Without doubt I think she is one of the best physio I have seen in years. Very professional and yet takes the time to explain precisely what has happened and how to treat it.

Absolutely amazing! This was such an awesome experience especially seen as I’ve never had a massage before. I actually won a sports massage with ANA in a raffle at my daughter’s school and it was absolutely worth it! I had the best time; I came with my 4 year old daughter and Sian was so lovely, so accommodating and so helpful. The massage was worth every second and I definitely hope to visit again. Thank you so much!!!

As usual I came out feeling better than I went in. My monthly visit to Sian enable me to more active than I would normally be if I didn't attend. I really missed having a massage during lockdown. I have spinal osteoarthritis and have had two knee replacements. I also enjoy our chats whilst I'm having treatment.

After years of having a bad back and seeing various physios I was recommended Jodi by a family member. After one 45 minute session with Jodi my back feels better than it has in years. I have already recommended her to two friends already today. Can't wait for my next session!

My continuing treatment has seen a big improvement in both movement and pain relief. It’s also helped me deal with my mental health. I cannot recommend them enough and I’m so grateful to them.

I saw Jodi for the first time today. She was so helpful and reassuring. I will be seeing her again. I have attended ANA Therapies in the past and all the practitioners are so knowledgeable, specialising in women's health.

I had my first physio session with Keely on Saturday, she listened to my problems and took notes after checking my movements, she was very thorough and friendly putting me at ease. After giving me some treatment she has recommended some exercises for me to do. I have booked a further appointment for next Saturday

Alex and Jodi are wonderful and experienced therapists. I have Adenomyosis which causes me a whole host of muscular and pelvic pain issues. Having treatment has always alleviated my pains. The visceral treatment for my pelvic pain has been a godsend otherwise I would always experience pain after a menstrual cycle to! They are both so knowledgeable about womens health and recommend them so highly!

I saw Michelle earlier today and had an overall very positive experience of my initial mummy MOT. Due to complications following birth my recovery has not gone as well as I had expected or hoped and now 2 months postpartum I’m seeking further professional support. Michelle was very knowledgeable and thorough but also kind, caring and understanding in her approach, all the qualities you need from a professional following giving birth! I’m looking forward to subsequent appointments to support my road to recovery!

Darya is excellent, as I am a horse rider Darya keeps me loosened up with regular treatments for shoulders, neck & back. My husband also had treatments for his back, would thoroughly recommend.
