Ana's Secret Guide is an independent travel platform dedicated to Florence and Tuscany. We help travellers figure out what to see and do in Florence, where to eat, and how to find the city's best off the beaten path spots — the ones that don't show up on the usual TikTok and Instagram lists. Our guides cover everything from Florence's main sights and museums to lesser-known neighbourhoods, local food spots, and day trips across Tuscany. We also have a particular focus on Florence's craft traditions — leather shops, artisan workshops, and the makers carrying on the city's centuries-old trades — because that's a part of Florence we genuinely love and visit ourselves. Every place we feature has been properly researched, visited, and loved by us first. Nothing is added just to pad out a list. We also work with a small group of private tour guides, wine tour operators, and cooking class providers in Florence and Tuscany that we trust personally. Through us, you can book some of the city's best private tours, wine tastings, and hands-on cooking classes — sometimes with special discounts or perks. We only recommend people and places we'd genuinely send a friend to. Behind all of this is a community of nearly 100,000 travellers who share our love for this part of Italy, plus a growing website full of practical, honest guides on Florence and Tuscany — built for people who want to go beyond the obvious and actually understand how to experience this region well. Amazing Secret Guide!

Thank you, Ana, for creating such an incredible guide! It was an essential part of our trip to Florence and played a huge role in making our visit truly unforgettable. We referred to it constantly for ideas on what to see, where to shop, and especially where to eat. We wanted to avoid the tourist traps and experience authentic Florentine restaurants, and your recommendations were absolutely spot on. We dined at Obricà Mozzarella Bar, Trattoria 13 Gobbi, and Trattoria Maga Magò, and every meal was outstanding. We honestly would never have discovered these wonderful places without your guide. Thanks to your thoughtful recommendations, we experienced a side of Florence we might otherwise have missed and felt much more confident exploring the city. Your guide saved me HOURS of searching and planning. If you're planning a trip to Florence, I can't recommend Ana's guide highly enough.
