Totalno bezvezna podrska koja nema pojma ni o stanju aktikala ni narudzabama. Zavlacili su me 7 dana,govorili da je paket zapakovan i ceka kurira 7 dana i na kraju otkazali to bez objasnjenja.

Accepts payments from non-residents, but makes complaints impossible for them

Paid by card (Serbian Raiffeisen, dinar account, non-resident). Wrong item delivered. When I tried to file a complaint, the system requires a resident current account - which non-residents don't have.

Their own terms say card payments are refunded via card refund. Support confirmed the complaint hasn't been rejected - they just "can't process it" without a resident account, and suggested I find a local person with one. That's not a solution.

Ananas is happy to take money from non-residents and expats, but has no working refund path for them when something goes wrong.

Nažalost, veoma sam nezadovoljna iskustvom kupovine bele tehnike preko Ananas.rs. Kurir me je pozvao svega 10 minuta pre dolaska i očekivao da odmah budem na lokaciji. Kada sam pokušala da dogovorim drugi termin isporuke, rečeno mi je da će me kontaktirati narednog dana, nakon čega je usledilo više poziva od različitih ljudi — vlasnika vozila, drugih kurira i slično — bez ikakve jasne organizacije.

Na kraju sam morala sama da kontaktiram call centar i zamolim da oni koordiniraju isporuku sa kurirom i obezbede makar sat vremena najave, kako se ista situacija ne bi ponovila.

S obzirom na to da sam slično negativno iskustvo već imala prilikom kupovine televizora (koji sam na kraju sama preuzela), mogu da kažem da je organizacija isporuke na veoma niskom nivou. Zbog toga ne bih preporučila ovaj sajt za kupovinu bele tehnike.

Bad site management. Very bad site management. The page shows a discounted price, but when you click on the item to order it, the discount is gone. You go back and forth and it keeps changing.
Delivery services are the worst in the world. The packaging is like it has been through war and wrapped by an ape, not a human.

Ordered something as a gift, as they promise 48 hours or less for delivery. They should deliver today, as 48 hours have passed at 9:30 AM, but of course, they didn't deliver. Two hours later, they called me to tell me that they can't deliver it before Monday.

So their 48 hours or less is actually 120 hours or more! Do not buy from them if you don't want to wait who knows how many days to deliver. You will get faster delivery from TEMU than from them.

They advertise everywhere, on every possible channel, social media, they jump out from your fridge, how they deliver under 48 hours, but they never did. Usually it takes from 120 to 240 hours (5 to 10 days)

Stay away from such e-commerce websites, if you don't want to lose your nerves, and this was my last order from them!

Izvršena je uplata (transakcija knjižena), porudžbina otkazana, a refund nije izvršen.
Support daje kontradiktorne informacije (navodi “rezervaciju” iako je transakcija izvršena). Plus isti artkal sutradan na akciji 20% ne prporucujem.

Uzas uzasa! Poslali su mi polomljen paket koji je inace staklen bez ikakve oznake lomljivo u originalnoj fabrickoj kutiji koja je poluotvorena! da bih nazvala da bi mi divna VANJA za reklamacije rekla kako nemoze nista sa uradi sem da sedim i cekam da se resi reklamacija narednih 10 dana iako sam na isporuku mog pakwta cekala 10 dana! Razacoravajuce,kasnila dostava. Stigla mi je pocepana kutija i ostecen proizvod.Dugo cekanje da kurir dodje da preuzme taj proizvod a dok ne uzme ne vracaju pare.Sve u svemu porucila prvi i poslednji put.

They need to better take care of customers and their orders, and have a look at the delivery, because my orders been returned without attempts to deliver it by the courierthey deal with. All they had to say its order it again. Excuse you?! Will you pay for the delivery ? This is minimum they should do !!!! But they dont have responsibility nor respolect for their customer!!! Disaster and disappointing.

Poor handling of returns. Scams, order canellations, not honoring prices, etc

I honestly think this is one of the worst e-shops I have ever dealt with. I have experienced more than ten issues with them, and I genuinely cannot remember a single order where everything went smoothly. Either they sent the wrong item or the delivery took more than 20 days.
At this point, ordering from them feels like a gamble where I already expect something to go wrong — and unfortunately, it usually does. Luckily, I always check the package before accepting it, and I never pay in advance. Otherwise, this would have been an even bigger problem.
It’s frustrating because mistakes can happen, but when they happen repeatedly, it shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Cekam vec dve nedelje za zamenu artikla. Znaci doneli neispravan uredjaj i sada 15dana cekam da ga zamene.
Porucio 2 uredjaja jedan neipsravan drugi nije ni stigao.

purchased an air conditioner from Ananas.rs.
The unit does not heat properly. I provided official written reports from both the authorized service and the installer confirming a defect (lack of refrigerant).
Despite this, Ananas keeps delaying the complaint process and trying to shift additional costs to the customer instead of taking responsibility as the seller.
Very poor experience and disappointing customer support.

I ordered multiple times from this site and every time I got just what I expected and what was described on the platform. Delivery was on time, every time!

Nikada do sada mi se nije desilo,da uplatim produkt,poručim koji je na sajtu i da mi pošiljku otkazu,zato što je trgovac u međuvremenu povećao cenu.Sada sam pokusao da poručim nešto i više nikad.Velika jedinica,da mogu dao bih nulu

Product purchased was inadequate for the meant use and of inferior quality.
Logged complaint immediately. It was collected by courier service the very next day. Apart from losing money for courier service and COD payment surcharge, so far even the cost of the product was not refunded. This is complete scam. Stay awsy for Ananas.

I had a terrible experience with Ananas.rs and I strongly advise others to be cautious. I placed an order on May 7th, 2025 (Order #QSWHZ-27774) for a Daikin A/C unit. Five days later, I received a call from their operator telling me the model was unavailable and offering a better one for the same price due to their supplier’s error. I accepted the offer, and we ended the call with a clear agreement.

To my shock, later that night – without any further communication – I received an automatic email saying my order was cancelled. No call, no explanation. Just a cancellation email.

It gets worse:

My funds are still blocked, so I can't even order a replacement.

They returned the original voucher I had used (3,000 RSD), but it doesn’t work anymore – the system says it’s invalid.

The next available model is 12,000 RSD more expensive, and they’ve offered no compensation despite this being entirely their fault.

I tried calling customer service multiple times and wasted over half an hour on hold, with no response.

Bottom line:
They broke an agreement, cancelled the order without notice, left my money locked, and failed to provide a working voucher. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Unless Ananas.rs changes their practices, I do not recommend using their platform.

Preko ovog sajta sam narucila 6 solja Madame Coco. Dve solje su stigle ostecene, na jednoj je cak okrnjena rucka i fali parce. Pisala sam im e-mail zbog ostecenja i odgovorili su mi da ce pokusati da mi rese problem u kracem roku. Kada odem na sajt ananas rs, ne mogu da vidim da sam ikada ista porucila, tako da nisam imala opciju da zamenim dve sporne solje. Nikada mi nisu ni odgovorili. Takodje je moja koleginica porucila dve solje, jedna je stigla polomljena, a druga je bila u redu. Njoj su vratili vaucer za polomljenu solju, bez postarine, a nisu prihvatili zamenu kao opciju, vec su rekli da mora ponovo da poruci i da ponovo plati postarinu. Ipak je prosla bolje od mene, meni se nisu udostojili ni da se jave. Nikada vise necu poruciti sa ovog sajta. Nikada!!!
