As we discussed over the phone, we want to reassure you that we do not operate from a hostel. Our office is located at 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin D02 XE80, and we’d be happy to arrange a walk‑through should you wish to visit and see our operation in person.
In terms of delivery, the courier used for your order unfortunately does not provide live tracking links. That said, we always welcome customers to contact us directly for updates, and our couriers typically call in advance of delivery. For your order, we attempted to reach you by phone and also sent an email confirming that your goods were out for delivery, which were successfully received on the same day.

Took more than 2 days but great customer care
Initially the product didn’t arrive within 2 days, as promised. However, AN did send it to the carrier on time and there’s carrier didn’t deliver in the agreed time.
I was impressed by how it was dealt with. I received a call directly immediately when they were notified (on a Saturday) and then by Monday morning the item arrived.
A great example of the value of buying from a smaller business that will speak with you directly. Will definitely look to order electronic products from them again.

Thank you very much for your order. We sincerely apologise for the delay. Your parcel left us the night before and was scheduled to arrive on the day it was marked as dispatched, which was within our two-day delivery period. Unfortunately, we were not informed by the courier of any delays.
