My experience with AMZ One Step was quite the roller coaster. I have to say that overall, they did do a really good job, and the quality of the assets provided for my listings were very good.
Although I need to point out that at first, most of the modifications I was requesting were partially completed, the images were handed back to me with missing modifications, or the communication was lacking (the 1st project I did with them took more than double the time I was first told during the on-boarding call). I expected more from a company that had such great reviews, and with such a beautiful portfolio that they had you over at first to show what they can do. I expected to get the same results, but the first drafts were way off. Though, through some extensive email chains, we were able to get our project completed. And like I said, overall the work was great, we even decided to do a 2nd project with them.

Great service, great pictures, going above and beyond with helping you with any problem or question you have! Would definitely give it a go again in the future!

AMZ Onestep is literally your one stop shop for getting your Amazon store rolling. They’ve been invaluable in helping us get off the ground. Not only is the quality of their deliverables excellent but the whole team is super helpful and great to work with. And they have a forum to interact with other sellers and selling experts. I did a listing design for a new brand with Amazon One Step. The experience was fantastic. First I had an intake with the customer manager, who was super friendly and took the time to have me really explain the idea of the brand. The feedback was well implemented and I had 2 rounds of improvements after the first design round. The designer worked fast, had a good eye for the creative process and listened to all my feedback, so the end result was very satisfying. During the whole process they were always hands on, fast in replying and very supportive along the way. I would recommend everybody who starts on Amazon or is already selling on Amazon to use their service to boost listing designs.
