Great, quick and responsive service

The company presents itself—especially on LinkedIn and social media—as if they know it all. But in reality, the quality of their work is very poor. I hired them to update my Amazon content, including listing images, A+ content, and a product video. It was quite a substantial project.

When I asked for a no-cure-no-pay agreement, they insisted on a down payment, confidently telling me I wouldn’t be disappointed. They’re very convincing—and they succeeded in convincing me. Their portfolio looked great, and I trusted them completely.

But when the final delivery came in, I was shocked. The work was incredibly bad and clearly low quality. It honestly looked like it was made by someone on Fiverr for $20, even though I paid hundreds. That wouldn't have been a problem if the quality had been good—but it was terrible. A complete waste of time and money.

What followed was a painful process. Their “Head of Customer Success” got involved—another person whose main skill seems to be persuasion, not solving problems. They’re not good at delivering Amazon services, but they are very good talkers.

Without hesitation, he insisted that the content was perfectly fine. Then they tried to prove their point using polls—clearly designed in their favor—to support their claims. It was almost laughable. They can’t seem to look in the mirror.

When I expressed that I felt misled and asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. Here’s the key thing: they simply do not accept dissatisfaction. First they mislead you, then they refuse to acknowledge that you’re an unhappy customer—and offer no compensation whatsoever.

In my view, this is borderline fraud. I’m genuinely shocked that they have so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, after some digging (too late), I found many reviews clearly written by their own VAs—and a few honest ones from serious sellers who had negative experiences like mine.

To this day, I remain deeply disappointed in this company. I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid making the same mistake.

I am writing to share my experience with Amazon One Step services, as it may help improve future offerings.

Initially, I engaged Amazon One Step to optimize three of my product listings on Amazon. I was highly impressed with the quality of the creatives they developed—it was evident that substantial effort and expertise went into their work, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Following the completion of the creatives, I was contacted regarding a "4-Month Roadmap to $10,000 in Sales Per Month" program. Given the success of the initial creatives, I decided to proceed with this service, paying approximately $2,500 for the four-month plan.

Unfortunately, my experience with this program did not meet expectations. Over the course of four months, while Amazon One Step managed my campaigns, I did not see any return on my investment. Instead, I incurred consistent costs, primarily through payments to Amazon for campaign expenses. At the end of the four months, I was presented with an additional invoice for $2,500 to extend the program for another four months.

Given the lack of results during the initial period, I decided not to proceed further. While I can confidently say that the creatives produced by Amazon One Step are outstanding, the "Roadmap to $10K in Sales" program did not deliver the promised outcomes for my business. Unfortunately, I did not generate any profit during the four months, nor did I receive any payouts from Amazon.

I wanted to provide this feedback in the hope that it contributes to refining and improving the program for future clients. Please feel free to reach out if you need additional details regarding my experience.

AMZ One Step did a fantastic job of creating new images and A+ content for my Amazon listings. My account manager was always super responsive and made sure that the designer followed my instructions and created beautiful new main images as well as an additional set of 7 images for four different listings and uploaded everything to Amazon without any problems.

I worked with Sharoz and he was able to deliver me with exactly what I wanted in terms of pictures, video, and copywriting! I asked multiple times to make changes to the listing photos and video and he was able to do exactly what I wanted and dive deep into my product. Would definitely recommend!

This company is not so worth the investment. We hired them 6 months ago on their premium amazon listing package including video. It took them months to get to the video portion. They finally decided the weather wasn’t good in Canada so shipped it to another location in Asia or where ever their satellite office is where it was damaged en route. The video was literally them taking the product out of the box. Terrible music and they messed up our logo on the video. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not pay attention and do not care about your product. We paid top dollar for this team to put tougher marketing materials for us and listing materials and it has been nothing but headaches. They are removed and do not care about doing a good job.
