Stay away, they sent me no product nor a refund. Stay away from this place.

I saw an ad on Facebook advertising a baby hand and foot casting kit with personalized engraving and picture sold by Amzemart. I paid on 1-15-2026. I got an e-mail it "shipped" on 1-29, and as of 2-24, I've never received it.
I checked the payment on PayPal, and it shows the order was "delivered" to another state! Not only am I out money, but the casting kit was for my newborn, who's now 2 months old, so we lost precious time preserving how she was after birth. The company is not replying to emails, and their website disappeared. This company appears to be a SCAM!

I bought 3 advent calendars that were supposed to be little squishmallows but they were tiny little hard plastic things. The description said they were 2.5 inch plush but they were tiny hard plastic things that did not look like the pictures.

I contacted customer service and they took forever to respond. They finally said the best they could do was give me. 20% refund but I never even got that.

Should have read these reviews first. Been waiting a month for the item my niece asked for as a Christmas present! Contacted customer service multiple times- get no response!!

I placed an order by mistake. I asked them to cancel and instead of doing it they asked me to reconsider. I feel like they are just stalling until they can ship it and say it’s too late.

I would give this company zero stars. Ordered a Squishmallow Plush Advent calendar and they sent me micro plastic pieces. When asking for a refund they told me I would have to pay shipping back to China. Their advertising is misleading. Not to mention misrepresentation and fraud! Do NOT order from this company.

I should have checked into the company, amzemart.com, more before buying from them since I had never heard of them. I ordered a Squishmallow advent calendar which was supposed to have small plush animals for each day. They were little plastic pieces instead and were way smaller than the picture had made them out to be. Unfortunately they are located in China so it wouldn't be worth it to send it back. I learned my lesson and will definitely look at the BBB before buying from a company I've never heard of before.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered what I thought was a real Lbubu. Let's start with the item taking about 5 weeks to come. After contacting customer service for multiple updates, I got a random spam email that didn't give much information. When it finally arrived almost 5+ weeks later, we could immediately tell it was a fake. No real way to speak to customer service. Please don't buy here ever!!!

Never ever order from this company. Never. My order was to be delivered December 14-17th. It arrived January 26th. Customer service was difficult to reach and unhelpful. When the order arrived it was not what I ordered. I ordered Legos. I received knock off imitation Legos with an apology and the note that my item was replaced with a “higher quality” of greater value. So not true.

Horrible company! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Definitely will check reviews first from now on! Very disappointed my son’s Christmas gift hasn’t shown up 3 months later. Can’t speak to anyone and emails go unanswered. SCAMMERS🤬

My order “shipped” on christmas day… it was a christmas gift btw… and never arrived. They take forever to respond to emails.. if they even answer. SCAM company. The tracking link they sent me worked for maybe 2 weeks and now says my email and tracking number is incorrect. Huge joke of a “business.” Was able to get a refund through my credit card company because I asked to cancel the order and they didn’t respond until days later saying it shipped already so they couldn’t do anything.

Amzemart is a scam, do NOT waste your money. Ordered a Micromallows advent calendar whose description said plush characters 2.5" in size, including pictures saying same. What I received was 1" hard rubber characters. Customer service offered a pitiful 20% off a future order or a refund if I paid myself to ship back to China. Got a refund through my credit card company. Avoid this site at all costs!

Total scam. Ordered a month ago as a Christmas present and still hasn't arrived even after paying extra for expidited shipping. Emailed several times to cancel but they said it has already been processed and ready to ship. 3 weeks later I got an email it had shipped. When I finally got the tracking number it was a virus. Surely the item will be wrap if it ever comes and it's already passed the "ironclad 30 day return policy" window. So frustrated and I think I'll take another reviewers advice and cancel the card I used

It is a scam, Do not buy from them. I have emailed them multiple times and I have not received a response. I have not received a tracking update or any information on my package and when you call them, it goes straight to voicemail

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from the scam of a business. No one calls or emails you back. Lost a lot of money!! Do not order from these people. All a scam!

Never receive my order over $150 worth of items can't get a hold of them can't email them nothing but a big scam and they try to use the card for something else that the bank had to cancel the card so I knew it was them do not order from these people

I ordered a weighted blanket and cover...Took for ever to received. Then I only received the cover (which wasn't the I ordered. Try calling line is always busy.
No packing received with the cover. Will return but unsuccessful in getting a RA. After unsuccessful emails attempts. I had my credit card remove the charges.......WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Their product description is misleading and they completely ignore attempts to contact or return. It is not worth it! Scam!
