Overall the value they added with their business audit was good. Some thing were not accurate but overall they provided plenty of value. Perhaps they only operate with larger businesses, but to continue with them the price was too high. I would have imagined they could offer a lower price with our brand since it is a lot smaller than others and has less products to manage. I also did not gain a a lot of value from the video call. Not quite their fault but the connection was terrible. I could not really understand what was being said and kinda gave up on asking for repeats and clarification. A recorded video going over the audit would have been much more useful.

I have been working with Zain and his team for about 4 months. I made the switch from another agency that was more marketing-focused, and have found AMZCentric to be laser-focused on growing profit. They have completely rebuilt my Amazon Ads campaigns and experiment every week to make incremental improvements.
