The morning of departure (scheduled at 11am) no contact from driver. I called on status, no answer, left message. At 12pm I rec'd text ride canceled. Thank you AmRide. We were left on our own. Never again!!

Excellent service. Driver could not have been more helpful to two 80+ year old passengers. They were so happy to be driven.

The worst customer experience I ever had in my life.
April 2023
I booked a driver through AmRide for a ride Miami Airport-Melbourne FL and return. The trip n.1 was perfect: smooth communication with the driver (through the app) and on time. The return was a nightmare. These are the events:
a. 1 day before I sent 3 messages (via app) to the driver asking to anticipate the pick up. No answer
b. The morning of departure (scheduled at 1 PM) I wrote an email to AmRide, highlighting that given the lack of response from the driver, I was concerned about the driver being correctly scheduled to pick me up. They replied saying that they contacted the driver and the driver would have replied via app.
c. No contact from anyone
d. I sent a second email at 12.06 asking to have confirmation to have a driver, whoever, at 1 Pm. No reply.
e. In the meantime I organized a backup plan through a private driver found fortuitously. I was forced to activate the backup plan since nobody from AmRide appeared at 1 PM.
f. When at 1.01 PM I sent an email to inform them that my lawyer would have handled the matter, AmRide sent me the refund of the ride, without a single word of apologies or explanation.
