Oh just had microneedling done this afternoon at Ampika's Aesthetics.
It’s in Hale and is a training academy.
Very easy to get to in Hale, easy to park at Asda (and I shopped straight after) really clean and professional.
Filled in a form for medications, illnesses, name, address, d.o.b etc
Made to feel fully at ease, the lady described each stage what she was doing and asked how it felt making sure I was ok.
Then gave aftercare advice.
This is me after getting up, then in Asda car park straight after procedure and then at home after about an hour.

Training Courses
I’ve been doing a range of courses here and it has been amazing.
Fiona has been incredibly helpful with guiding me on which courses to do and supporting me with my studies and exams. She is super friendly and approachable.
Gemma has been teaching me on my practical days and is so knowledgeable and so willing to share her knowledge. I’ve left every training day feeling confident. She is able to answer all my questions and is really helpful with showing me how to correctly do treatments.
I cannot recommend enough training here!!!

Had an amazing 2 days training on the Advanced Botox and Dermal filler course with Gemma, she has helped me to feel a lot more comfortable in doing treatments and I have gone away feeling a lot more confident than I did before in what my next steps will be in the aesthetics industry!! I Attended clinic April 2026 for a 8…
I Attended clinic April 2026 for a 8 point face lift with 3ml.
The trainer and student advised me what areas of my face they thought i would benefit from most which I agreed.
One being 0.5ml in my cheeks. While the student began and was very professional, however the trainer showed lack of interest and was texting on her phone and not watching the student when she placed her first injection into my face. This immediately made me feel uneasy and very nervous and showed lack of professionalism from the trainer!
I received 0.5ml on each side of my cheeks which is a total of 1ml
Then 0.3ml on my nasolabial folds or smile lines on both side which comes to a total of 0.6ml then I asked for some in the tip of my chin which was a total of 0.4ml. The full total comes to 2ml to complete.
I left the clinic and reached my car, worked out that I had only received a total of 2ml.
I went back to the clinic within 5 minutes to the trainer already with her coat on ready to leave and could not see the student at all. When asked why I had only received 2ml when I had paid for 3ml was told by the trainer we have put your other 1ml already in the bin!!! Which i know was a lie as i had left only 5 minutes ago. After discussing with the trainer why I was only given 2ml and not 3ml like I paid for she said you agreed with what we offered, but I feel at the end I should have been informed that there was a remaining 1ml that I could have used elsewhere in my face which I was not offered or even Informed that I had never used. I feel it was unprofessional and my treatment was rushed as it was the end of the day and within 5 minutes of leaving the trainer was already to leave!!
I have in the past recommended friends and family to yourselves however I was highly disappointed with this visit and feel I didnt receive the full treatment I had paid for.
My grievance is how badly managed the trainer was and the lack of Information during my treatment I received. The student however acted very professional and I feel should have had more guidence from her trainer rather than her being on her phone for some of the treatment!! Very disappointing visit this time!!

Firstly, we sincerely apologise that you felt uneasy during your appointment.
We would also like to clarify that the student who treated you is a fully qualified injector and you were her 8th model of the day. As part of our training environment, suitably qualified practitioners are given a level of independence to carry out treatments where appropriate. Prior to your treatment, the student
discussed and agreed the treatment plan with both the tutor and yourself before proceeding.On the day, we treated several other models for the same 8-point lift procedure, all of whom left happy with their treatments, and we received some lovely feedback.
In terms of the products used, 3 boxes were opened including different types of dermal filler were selected to achieve the most appropriate results for each area treated. A subcutaneous (SubQ) filler was used in the chin and cheeks, while a deeper-acting filler was used in the nasolabial (smile line) area. This is standard practice to ensure optimal support and aesthetic outcome depending on the facial structure and treatment area.
Dermal filler is a single-use, sterile product and, in line with safety regulations, any unused product must be disposed of immediately after treatment in a sharps bin.
With regards to your concern about the end of the appointment, we would like to clarify that although the tutor had put her work cardigan on, she was not preparing to leave and continued working within the clinic. Additionally, the student had a family member waiting in the waiting room who had been a model earlier in the day, which may have given the impression that the appointment concluded quickly. We apologise if this came across as rushed.
When you returned to the clinic to raise your concerns, we offered to open a fresh box of filler and administer the remaining product in an area of your choice. Unfortunately, you declined this option at the time.
We would also welcome you back to the clinic at a suitable date to review and rectify your treatment .
