After months of writing for the order and having ask for a refund that took for ever for them to recognise that it was not coming ( you should get your info right if you’re sending Europe and they didn’t) I only got refunded for the cream not the amount of money they charged me for the postage, i had no option, it was only one. Correos send me an email saying that it is going back to the UK and still I havent got my money back, only stupid excuses. DO NOT BOTHER. As I said before, they have no ethos they are soulless money grabbing …,.

horrible, took FOREVER to arrive, horrible quality, it’s just drop shipping they probably order from like aliexpress or something for a few bucks and then sell it outrageously expensive for the ass quality, IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE, save your money and buy it from a cheap chinese website instead of this. i would give it 0 stars but 1 is the minimum

I purchased a purse and Isabel Marant knock off sneakers from them for Christmas gifts for my daughter. Purchased on December 5 and still saying not even dispatched for shipping yet a few days before Christmas. Super disappointed. But when I reached out to them, their response was incredibly rude and cancelled the order without asking.

Arrived late, wanted to return, they did everything they could to stop me returning by offering my partial refunds.
I probably should have taken the offer, because i returned the items to China at my own expense and now they aren't responding to me or the couriers. The return will now be destroyed meaning I'm without the product and I'm out of pocket.

Awful. Worst experience i have ever had. Owner did nothing to make it right. Also not sanitary and she did not get the tools she used on me from an autoclave bag. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Marketed as two books you will receive. Very fine print in terms and conditions says it is a digital copy. Not worth $90 if you ask me. Beyond disappointed and cannot recommend for that price. Feel very misled

This is the rudest company I have ever dealt with, they completey ignore questions and messages on facebook, yet can post daily on facebook, so are blatently ignoring people!!! Will be using ZoeBee's creams in future!!

Green cream, life saver for my red nose and cheeks, just about to order another so I have one at the caravan and home. I stopped using as I didn't think I needed it, it came back, clearly the cream does an amazing job they nothing else touches 🥰

Give your good customers chance to retrieve their points!! Always a difficult task I had 2800 points but was sent a voucher for £10!! Should have been £20...Totally impossible to retrieve.. avoid this company!!!

If I could split this review into two parts I would. The products are five stars, always. I’ve had awful skin since peri menopause and have tried many products Amour is the only one to have worked and continued to work. I also have my hubby, son and sister using it too.
The customer service, however, is shocking!! I received a parcel at the start of November which upon receipt had a large slit along the top and four of the six items were missing. I contacted customer service, and through many emails which have in turn blamed my staff, my local postie and myself for the theft of these items, no outright accusation just implication, they are refusing to resolve this matter. They have apparently carried out investigations which have proved the parcel was delivered, something I am not disputing, I am disputing the contents of the parcel. Customer service has been appalling throughout. I have just sent another email after waiting almost 2 weeks with no reply from a previous email. The inability to rectify a simple problem astounds me. I am a small business owner and would never survive if I treated my customers in this manner.

Firstly I HAD ezcema on my face, I’ve been searching for something other than the prescribed hydrocortisone to treat it with when I came across Amour.
After reading the recommendations on how to use it properly it has cleared my face up to the point I only get the occasional small patch now.
It took a month or so for my skin to renew and the repair and renew created a purge and brought out a face full of ezcema but I was told to expect this and it happened just as they said. The key is to have patience as the whips treat and then heal in my experience.

The formulation of these creams are a let down. I have tried hundreds of brands of organic skincare, and this one is my least favourite. I should have checked before I purchased so that’s my fault, I assumed these were Shea butter only or other butters, was gutted to see coconut oil being used in these which is extremely comedogenic meaning it will clog pores if not right away but over time and it can cause acne. It may be good for mature skin but this is not friendly to all ages. I got the charcoal cream thinking it would be similar to Smooms/zoe bee’s, I was so wrong. This cream caused the biggest outbreak of spots I’ve ever had. The other creams I have (green and lavender) aren’t as bad as they contain some shea but unfortunately it’s still too much coconut oil. I hope one day they change the formulation so something less pore clogging. Coconut oil is outdated in the cosmetic beauty world now, it’s something debunked by chemists a long time ago and I avoid it like the plague.

If you are looking for a good formulated organic cream that is good for acne sufferers I would recommend smoom night floss, zoe bee charcoal and oat and black cat soap house gentle whip.

Ordered Monday & received today (Wednesday) , eye serum smells of menthol coffee, rather pleasant, to me, scent fades after around 15 mins. Repair & Protect is whipped quite firm, lovely texture, little goes a long way, left skin soft, not greasy.

I ordered the day and night cream duo. I have to be honest they came really quickly and were well packaged.
I have used them for over a week now. The texture in the jar is whipped. Unusual texture. I found getting some on fingers and rub together before applying. It went on my skin much easier that way.
The cream does work. My skin is nice and smooth after using it.
On this review I am being totally honest.
Different products react differently so you can get those who like the cream and some not. I am going to continue to use the creams until empty. Not sure if I will order more but I feel with any new product you have to use it regularly to make an honest opinion.

Can anyone from Armour give me an email address for help please? Not getting anywhere with the hello@amourskincare dot com address, sent emails to say what is going on and I don't get a reply, the only reply was to one email asking for information that I'd already given!!! Order was placed last Friday and it was due to be delivered last Saturday, it didn't show up! The tracking number is still showing it at the main Royal mail depot! When clicking the 'update delivery option' on the Royal mail website, it just says 'Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel'. Looks like it's been scanned in at the depot and then lost or stolen!!! Thanks in advance.

*EDIT* Still not heard anything from their customer service people either on here, via Facebook chat, or via the given contact email! Absolute disgrace, will now be contacting the bank for a chargeback. Parcel has been stuck in the same place for 10 days, it was meant to be next day delivery!!!

A COMPANY TO AVOID!

I ordered the pro age duo, day and night moisturiser, it was delivered on time and the smell is nice but the actual product doesn't seem to be mixed properly it has some lumps in and feels gritty. It doesnt glide on but drags the skin and then doesn't sink in just sits on top if the skin and feels greasy. I'll continue with it as it cost over £30 but would not re order unless a miracle happens and wrinkles dissapear overnight!

I purchased the eye serum after reading all about its wonderful benefits and effectiveness. The only truth is that it smells of coffee! Very heavily scented and more like something you’d add to a cake mixture! Firstly, it was stated by one of their reviewers that she used it on her dry eyelids. I tried this and ended up with the product finding its way into my eyes! I couldn’t see properly. It definitely is not recommended for daytime use and furthermore, if applying at bedtime and this happens, what on earth would possess you to sleep with coffee oil in your eyes only to wake up blurry in the morning?? On the bottle it recommends day and night use. This is an OIL that does not work well under sunscreen and you can forget about primer and foundation as you will have an oil slick under your eyes. Finally, there was absolutely no difference to my under eyes after using this product. I wish I came on Trust Pilot first and seen the real reviews. I would never have considered this brand.
