Je les ai contacté pour transporter et entreposer des effets qui devait partir à l'étranger, Chine Mexique Inde Argentine , Maroc Australie. Des affaires de nos employés.

au total 10 de nos employés se sont fait arnaqués. Ils font payer des acomptes puis augmentent leur prix et puis abandonnent les affaires, on sait pas où. Je les contacte pour essayer de joindre mais ils ne répondent pas aux mails. il y a plus de 200 000€ d'affaires personnels et mes employés ne peuvent pas les récupérer. Au totla ils ont demandé 100 000€ d'acompte et aucune nouvelles de leur part.

J'ai déjà contacté la police et fait le nécessaire mais je ne sais pas si l'enquête mené par la police m'aidera. En tout cas si vous êtes dans la même situation n'hésitez pas à rejoindre le groupe facebook pour pouvoir mener des actions collectives VICTIMS OF SHIPPING SCAM

At the time of placing my order

At the time of placing my order, told 8 weeks to ship, I still do not have the delivery 8 MONTHS later. Paid for entire container but they did LCL. Not happy please don’t make the same mistake in trusting AMOOV. No one there will even respond to my emails or calls. And now being chased for payment from another company that AMOOV have not paid.

Cette entreprise n'est pas honnête, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec eux. Ils ont des pratiques systématiques de surfacturation, de chantage à la rétention d'affaires, de sous traitance systématique. La DGCCRF est saisie du dossier. Fuyez cette compagnie si vous le pouvez

My experience with this company was very disappointing. The company appears to work with a loose network of remote workers rather than a structured team. I was initially contacted by a sales agent, who provided a quote that was significantly lower than competitors and made verbal assurances that later turned out not to be accurate.

After that, a move manager took over. Communication with her was extremely difficult. Several things she said she would do were not done, or were done much later than stated. A few days before our scheduled moving date, the actual moving company (as Amoov does not perform the move themselves) still had no clear instructions about what needed to happen or when. This created a lot of uncertainty.

Because of these issues — and after hearing about similar experiences from others — I decided to terminate the contract. I was told by a finance guy that my deposit would be refunded, but a month later this has still not happened.

I have submitted formal complaints to FIDI, IAM, and Signal Conso (a French government platform for consumer complaints).

SCAM AMOOV!


I hired AMOOV for an international move from Paris to the Dominican Republic about five months ago. The initial quote was €7,800 for a door-to-door, all-inclusive service, and they told me it would take around 7 weeks. In the end, the move cost me over €16,000 and took 5 months to arrive.

After reading other customer reviews, I now realize I’m actually “lucky” that I even received my belongings at all — but definitely not thanks to AMOOV. The company completely stopped responding to emails, phone calls, or any form of communication. I had to personally contact the port and Dominican customs to finally get my shipment released and delivered to my home.

Two of my furniture pieces arrived completely broken. The so-called “insurance” they include in their service is a total lie — it doesn’t exist, and they ignore all messages about claims or damages.

This has been my experience, and sadly it matches what many others have gone through. There’s even a Facebook group with dozens of victims who have suffered the same kind of scam from this company.

I strongly advise everyone: stay far away from AMOOV. I wouldn’t recommend them even to my worst enemy.

Énorme déception…Que de promesses non…

Énorme déception…Que de promesses non tenues!
Notre conteneur est arrivé en France depuis 2 mois de l’etranger. il est dédouane semble-t-il, mais nous sommes toujours en attente de livraison!!! Il est impossible de savoir pourquoi ce délai de 60 jours pour une livraison car nos whatsapp et emails restent lettre morte.

Une Lettre Recommandée avec Accusé de Réception est partie hier pour une Mise en Demeure.
Nous commençons à douter de revoir un jour nos affaires!
Inutile de dire que nous recommandons de fuir cette société fantôme.

Dreadful Service - Beware !
AMOOV took our goods in August to send to Australia to be in time for Christmas as agreed in sales discussion and final quotation!
It is now November, and our goods have not left AMOOV warehouse!!
Despite very many requests all we are told is 'we are working on it'! We have never had such a bad moving service as AMOOV France.

83 year old woman taken advantage of.

My 83 year old mother in California had personal items shipped from Italy in March to California. She paid them several thousand euros, but from the very start there were bad signs, as the outsourced movers AMOOV hired locally in Italy were a complete group of clowns, so they had to send a different team of movers and things finally started progressing. Some time during the summer, maybe August, my mother's goods SUPPOSEDLY arrived in the port of Oakland, but all we get are continuous emails of delays, strikes or customs delays and other BS runaround. Here it is November 2025, 8 months later and we still don't know where the shipment is, as it has not been delivered as AMOOV originally promised "door to door". This company is at best inconsistent and not transparent, and will ask you for more money after you have already signed a contract. I would not trust them with your belongings, and definitely do not give them any of your money.

Malgré plusieurs relances courriels et appels, j'aimerais que l'ont puisse avoir un retour de nos demandes par principes , quelle entreprise d'assurance êtes vous? nous avons souscrit a un contrat et payé pour cela nous attendons donc le remboursement de nos affaires endommagées.
Amoov ,Pour réclamer de l'argent vous êtes la par contre pour en rendre et dédommager il ny a personne.... nous demandons un geste commercial de votre entreprise et pour plusieurs raisons.
Pour rappel:
- livraison en retard et en deux fois-date de livraison dépassé de plusieurs mois
-objet endommagés
-mauvaise gestion de notre déménagement
-pas de photo ou de preuve d'un conteneur exclusif comme demandé voir devis
-réclamation de toujours plus d'argent pour livraison
-stress
Nous formons un collectif de vos anciens clients avec qui vous avez eu des problème de livraison et même de réclamation, le manège a assez duré, la justice est proche .

faite remonter l'information a vos patrons car vous allez être interrogé a un moment dans tous les dossiers...

Such a pity

Such a pity, very good presentation but my furniture where not packed the way we agreed. Consequence a lot of damages at destination and missing various furnitures... now it has been 3 months after delivery still no solution.
multiple point of contact allong the move making thing slower.
They changed the date of move at departure and arrived late at my department. on going story

Switzerland to US move scam

Engaged Amoov to move from Switzerland to Houston, USA. We got stupidly attracted by a competitive quotation

They conducted a hasty video inventory and charged for full wrapping, but packed our belongings carelessly, even using our tablecloths. They then added extra charges, claiming a smaller truck and parking issues. We were forced to rush the loading and move unwrapped items ourselves.

Once our belongings left Switzerland, they held them hostage, demanding extra payments for supposed delays and parking fees. We paid, and the items arrived in the US damaged, with broken parts, water stains, and unwrapped items.

After filing an insurance claim and requesting reimbursement, Amoov disappeared, ignoring our emails. This company is a nightmare;

This is an authentic warning from a real customer not a fake review

a pity is that there is not a google review page where we could upload pitcures so new customers can see what they can face...if Trustpilot would enable this I would be happy to share

Devis au départ, puis doublé avec les petites lignes. Délais annoncés non respectés (plusieurs semaines ou mois de retard). Si vous refusez de payer les frais supplémentaires, vos biens restent bloqués.
Lisez absolument toutes les conditions avant de signer mais même si déjà signé sachez que cela reste illégal et que vous pouvez faire quelque chose et filmez tous vos effets au départ et à l'arrivée pour garder des preuves (ouf concernant ce point je l'ai fait) ils répondront qu'ils ne trouvent pas le dossier, ou qu'ils sont désolés que c'est faux blablabla recherchez juste 2 secondes sur internet /linkedin nous sommes des dizaines à nous regrouper pour certainement ouvrir une procedure collective. ATTENTION ATTENTION

Movers BEWARE! Becoming obvious this company are SCAMMERS

My story is like many others…. My move was a quick one from France to the USA and my experience started out with fabulous customer service. Promises of constant customer serverice 7/7, GPS tracking of my belongings and quick delivery with a proper and fair quote. 30% paid then the total 10 days later.
Then the problem began:
No response from any of the people that I had been in contact with, no idea where my shipment was located ever! All I was receiving were additional costs to pay for services they stated that were in fine print! Holding my shipment “hostage” I reluctantly paid and after the last one, which Amoov reduced by half (odd) no more contact from them. Two months since last payment and they’ve vanished.
I have even contacted Amoov directly with zero response. I just sent an email to main “contact” one the company’s website in regard to this situation but I’m sure I shall receive no response from them as I have contacted all of these people, that “handled” my shipment since the beginning:

None of the above have made contact with me.
I am now seeing here the complaints and negative reviews, same as my situation, but also VERY positive reviews that to me are bogus and untrue reviews.
I am doing what I feel is now important:
-Writing my review about my experience with Amoov
- Contacting the IAM (International Movers Association)
- Contacting my lawyer in Toulouse
- And most importantly, the French Police in my home town in France.
It is coming up to 1 year and still no shipment delivery.
I am loosing hope that I will ever see my personal items ever again.
Hopefully you read this, and other, review before considering this company, as I did not and am still without my beloved belongings.

Dishonesty!!

Amoov is a disaster. They brag about “quality & customer happiness,” but deliver neither. They lie, they ignore customers, and they don’t keep their word.

They promised my shipment would arrive on time, yet it hasn’t even left the base. Bcz of their dishonesty, we might end up moving into an empty house, either spending thousands on new beds or sleeping on the floor.

This isn’t just bad service. It’s chaos, stress, and total disregard for customers.
